Bo is at San Deigo Comic Con. He enjoyed the sights while also frequently being stopped for autographs and photos from fans, some even wearing the local FSB indie merch. Finally he gets to the set area for Extra TV for his scheduled interview
Mario Lopez- "We're here live with one of the hottest names in wrestling and local fan favorite, Botiatus!"
The crowd cheers as Bo walks out and shakes hands. A loud H.O.B. chant starts up as he takes his seat
ML- "It's good to have you on the show man"
Bo- "Thank you Mario and please let me be the first to welcome you toooo...(Bo holds up the mic as the crowd booms THE HOUSE OF BOTIATUS)"
ML- "Thanks. I gotta say I saw you on the convention floor earlier and you're quite a popular guy out here"
Bo- "Yeah FSB has continued to grow and people in Cali really love it"
ML- "I heard recently that you started doing shows in Chicago as well"
Bo- "Yeah I'm always looking for new challenges and Freedom Pro Wrestling has this prestigious Free-1 Tournament that I just had to be a part of so when they did a special show in San Francisco I showed up and the rest is history
The crowd applauds before Mario continues
ML- "That's gotta be pretty busy for you running back and forth across the country like that"
Bo- "You know the travel hasn't bothered me at all. You get used to it in this profession. Where it has been interesting is on my social media. I've been picking up a lot of new House Guests since I joined FPW, shout out my Freedom Fighters. But for instance last week I was at the FPW Road to Free-1 3 show and my mentions were going crazy after I hit FPW Champion Davey Jones with a House Rules. That was great but then I had all these confused FSB House Guests who had no idea what everyone was talking about. Then the very next night my mentions blew up again after I won my main event tag team match at FSB Extreme Rules PPV by pinning World Heavyweight Champion Omega. And all my FPW House Guests were confused. So it's been interesting to say the least"
ML- "It sounds like you're already busy schedule is about to get even more jammed packed"
Bo- "Yeah the Free-1 runs the entire month of August and I still have my FSB duties including my World Heavyweight Championship match at the next PPV so it's gonna be non stop but I'm ready for it"
ML- "So which one is next first"
Bo- "Well next is my opening match in the Free-1. I'm going against the former FPW Champion Graham Baker. I've rubbed a few people including him the wrong way so I'm sure at this point the entire locker room will be rooting for him to beat me. It's funny though because from the moment I stepped foot into FPW I've been saying their roster is a stacked deck and I want to face an Ace. And it just so happens that Graham claims himself to be the "Ace of FPW". So I say let's put that to the test and let's find out just where I stack up"
ML- "Alright Bo well best of luck and as always good to have you on the show"
Bo- "Thanks Mario and thank you to all my House Guests here today!"
The crowd cheers and breaks into another H.O.B. chant as Bo shakes gives a few high fives before exiting

Dasha Banks sits fiddling with a microphone clipped to her dress.
“Don’t worry... if you don’t know what to do... don’t listen to the bitter things they say... put those thoughts behind you... tomorrow’s a new day...”
Aaron Williams walks into shot, taking his headphones off his ears and resting them around his neck as she gives Dasha a wink, touching her on the shoulder.
AW: Long time no see, Dash. How you doing? DB: I’m good. I’m busy with all of this Free-1 pub we’re doing, but I’m good. How are you? Why has it been so long?
Williams takes a mic from a stage hand and gives them a nod.
AW: Testing... this good? Well, Dash, it’s been a while because I’ve been working my ass off. I mean... look at it, it’s barely there anymore! Ive been working harder these past two weeks than I have in my entire career. It’s nearly killed me but here I am. If I say so myself, I feel like I’m in good shape and I am ready for this Free-1 to kick off.
DB: Your first match is in just two days with a certain Jace Mason. You must have mixed feelings about that.
AW: I feel one thing. Excitement. Jace and I have a great relationship. We’ve tagged together. We’ve trained together. I can honestly say that that kid is one of the best people I’ve met in this business. I have a ton of respect for him and I’m really glad to know him at this stage of his career because one day I’ll be watching him at Wrestlemania or Wrestlekingdom tearing it up and be able to say I had a small hand in him getting started. But I have to set that aside on Thursday night. I know how good Jace is. I know his strengths and, let’s be honest, I know where he’s a little bit weaker. I’m prepared for the fight of a lifetime against Jace and I’m prepared to have to give everything I have to come out on top. I’m also prepared for the idea that I might not come out on top. Sometimes in wrestling you lose and that’s ok as long as you did everything you could. I plan to be able to look myself in the eye in the mirror after the match no matter what the result. So Jace had better bring his A game or he’ll find himself two points behind yours truly.
DB: What do you think of the Block you’ve been drawn into?
AW: It’s tough, there’s no doubt about it. Everyone in it will be thinking about winning it. There are two current champions, one former FPW Champion, a previous tournament winner and a former Freedom Champion. Then there’s little old me. Nobody will have it easy in this Block. Yes it will be a challenge, but I know I can perform well. I plan to tear that house down each and every time I step into the ring. I also expect to pick up a lot of points and to be pushing hard to be in that final. But that’s by the by. I’m as prepared as I can be and I feel great going into this tournament.
DB: What kind of experience do you have with tournament wrestling?
AW: Well, I’ve done Super Strong Style- the first one I hasten to add. Ospreay got me in the semi-finals and I haven’t had the chance to pay him back yet. I’ve done Sixteen Carat Gold a couple of times a long time ago now. Other than that I don’t have too much tournament experience. I’ve never really done much in Japan and this type of tournament is rarely found away from Japan. But I know I have the conditioning and I know I have the mental resilience to put myself through the ringer. That’s the key- mental resilience. The ability to bounce back from a loss and refocus. The ability to put someone away when you know there’s only ten more ticks of the clock. The ability to shit everything else out and focus entirely on what I can control. I feel that’s a strength and I know it’ll help me.
DB: Obviously you know your opponents, but what do you make of the order in which you face them?
AW: Well I’ve talked about Jace. Berry after that will be interesting. I have a good few days to prepare for her but I’m then straight back in the ring two days later against Marcus, which is not much of a turnaround for someone who will be such a tough opponent. I think I’ll need the break before facing Saturn and then end against Karlson who is such a uniquely gifted submission wrestler will really test me. I think it’s a pretty good schedule. I get the big emotional match out of the way early and then have time to recover. Ending with someone who will pick up on any nagging injury I suffer may not be ideal but I’m sure I’ll deal with it.
DB: You’re proving to be a polarising guy in the pick’em competition. 20% of entrants have you winning the Block, putting you behind only Marcus Allen Jones in that metric, but 36% have you bottom of the block, which is more than anyone else. How do you see the block ending up?
AW’ Well I guess that’s a snapshot which reflects what I’ve done here. I have a good reputation from the past but what have I done coming in here? I’ve won a couple of matches but I’ve also lost in humiliating fashion to Davey Jones. I have a lot to prove and I hope to prove to those who think I’ll finish bottom of the block that I’m better than they think I am. I’m not going to comment on how I think the block will end up.
DB: Mike Watson has two of your matches on his top ten matches to watch list. He has you versus Jace at ni,bear seven and then he has you versus Marcus at number two. Does that put added pressure on you?
AW: Every time I go through the curtain my aim is to win the best match of the night. So I’d be disappointed if all of my matches didn’t end up on a top ten match list. But I don’t disagree with the idea of my match with Marcus being one to watch. As far as I’m concerned, Marcus Allen Jones is the best wrestler of his age anywhere in the country, possibly anywhere in the world, with the probable exception of some Japanese girls who have been wrestling for ten years by the time they hit his age. I like to think I can match him move for move so I’ve got that one circled on my calendar as well.
DB: Anything else to add?
AW: Other than the fact that I want it to be Thursday night already? No, I guess not.
DB: Well, thank you for joining me, Aaron Williams. Tune into freedomprowrestling.com on Thursday night to see the battle between Aaron Williams and Jace Mason as former tag team partners collide in the ring.

Video Footage courtesy of Ring of Honor
Mid-match between Jonathan Gresham and Matt Taven for the ROH World Title, the referee is briefly knocked down and the Kingdom uses it as an opportunity to make a run-in to interfere on Taven’s behalf.
Ian Riccaboni: Matt Taven once again up to his dirty, despicable tricks. For being a world champion, he has absolutely no shame.
Colt Cabana: I don’t know Ian, I think it’s because of his lack of shame that he even has that title in the first place. And it seems like the Kingdom is why he’s going to keep it.
The Kingdom continue to attack the leg that Taven worked Gresham on earlier in their match, glancing down to notice the ref is still out. As the ref begins to stir, Taven sends TK O’Ryan and Vinny Marseglia out of the ring. He pulls Gresham up and hits his finisher as the referee makes the count securing Taven’s win. He rolls out of the ring seeming like he was going to leave but instead directs traffic as Marseglia and O’Ryan go back in. The three surround Gresham but before they can inflict any more damage, the lights go out and there is one hooded figure standing in the ring. He lifts up his hood, a large smirk on his face.
CC: Oh my God! That’s Marcus Allen Jones! Marcus is back in a Ring of Honor ring!
IR: Yeah, and we all know how Marcus feels about Gresham given what he did last time he was here. And the last time he was here, he insinuated to his TakeOver faction having roots in ROH. You don’t think the Kingdom are in TakeOver do you?
CC: I don’t know, but I’m not going to sit around and leave Jon to wolves.
Colt Cabana begins to put his headset down but stops as he catches Marcus’ eye. Marcus nods at Colt before turning his attention back to Taven. Marcus taps Taven on the back as if to signal a job well done. He tells Taven to get Gresham up as Marcus leaves the ring to get a mic. He makes eye contact with Colt Cabana again as he swipes a mic off the desk.
Marcus climbs up to the top rope as Marseglia and O'Ryan are holding Gresham up in the middle of the ring. He looks over to where Taven is standing in the corner and smiles.
MAJ: I normally shout “Fuck you Trevor,” when I do one of these but I think I’ll try something different this time.
Marcus throws down the mic and without hesitation, turns to Taven, gives him two middle fingers and shouts, “Fuck you Taven” before exploding off the top rope and on top of the confused Taven who doesn’t process what is going on quickly enough to get out of the way. A good portion of the crowd begins to cheer as Taven goes down. Marseglia and O’Ryan drop Gresham to help their fallen comrade but before they can turn around, Marcus is already back up on the top rope and takes out both men with another 630’. With all three members of the Kingdom down, Marcus goes over to Gresham and offers his hand. Gresham is reluctant but he allows Marcus to help him up as the Kingdom lick their wounds on the outside. Marcus and Gresham then look at each other and both bound off the ropes, completing stereo suicide dives to take down all three members of the Kingdom as the crowd cheer wildly. The Kingdom finally retreat as Gresham gingerly makes his way back into the ring, followed shortly by Marcus who has picked up his mic again.
MAJ: Wow, that guy’s a real douche huh?
Some laughter and cheers go through the crowd but there are also some boos directed at Marcus. He nods in acknowledgement.
MAJ: I deserve that. The truth is, the last time I came here, I wasn’t any better than your champ. Walking around with my entourage acting like I owned the place. I did some pretty shitty things to the locker room, present company especially included. I came here and went after Jon and went after Zack because they were Graham Baker’s friends. They got caught up in this whole thing but it wasn’t their fault, not really. They just had bad judgment in friends.
The crowd start to boo again and Marcus chuckles a bit.
MAJ: I never said I liked Graham Baker. I just, things are different now. I respect him, and I respect that he knows talent when its standing right in front of him…Back then, I said I’d never step foot in an ROH ring again and I meant it. But, what can I say? I suppose the criminal just wanted to return to the scene of the crime. But not for the reasons you think. Jon, I’m here because I owe you something…An apology.
Marcus walks closer to Gresham who is using the ropes for support in the corner.
MAJ: I know Zack is doing his thing in the G1 so you’ll have to accept this, or not, for the both of you. I tried to end your career because you became a pawn in this game I was playing. It wasn’t fair to you. It wasn’t fair to Zack. It wasn’t fair to ROH or these fans, who paid hard earned money to see the best wrestling possible. You and Zack were tearing up that match and would have continued to tear up the scene if I didn’t knock you both out of commission. I won’t lie and say at the time I wasn’t proud of myself for doing it, because I was. But looking back, I realize that I didn’t get any real satisfaction from targeting both of you. Not in the long run at least. So, I know it won’t be enough, but I’m hoping you’ll shake my hand and if not forgive me, at least allow me to make amends.
Marcus extended his hand once again but Gresham didn’t move. A few moments passed by before Gresham gestured for the mic.
JG: Takes a hell of a man to come here and issue an apology in front of the whole world like that. I used to think you were no man at all, Marcus Allen Jones. But perhaps, like you claim to have changed, my opinion can change of you as well.
Gresham drops the mic and offers his hand to Marcus. The two shake as they have a conversation only Marcus can hear. Marcus tries to allow Gresham to leave last but he declines, allowing Marcus the moment to soak in the ROH crowd, cheering for him for the first time. Marcus, cheers still foreign to him, gives a slight smile as he acknowledges the fans. He goes to leave through the ropes but once again the lights go out. Only this time, when they go back on, Marcus is left unconscious on the ground with a piece of paper on his back. The show goes off the air as the camera zooms in to read the note:
“We are everywhere. How foolish of you to forget the insurgents you embedded here yourself. Your decision to turn your back on us was a grave mistake. TakeOver will rise again, while you will be left in the ashes.”

Camera comes on, we see the building that used to house 50-50 in the background. Camera slowly comes to a close up, before fading to the doors to the arena, where Davey is standing, FPW belt around his waist. Nobody is around, nothing is around.
So here we are, back where it all began for me. Well, where my first real break was. I vowed then, that I would do whatever it took to be a fighting champion. But it wasn't in the cards for me there. But here, if Freedom Pro, it is in the cards. Otherwise, you wouldn't see me with this fine belt here. I said it before, and I'll say it again - I want to be a fighting champion. But don't think I'll be giving up this belt as easily as I took it. Yeah, I know I have a fight against Baker. He's learned from me, as I have him, from that match. Only a lunatic would think that it would be just as easy to retain as it was to take.
Davey shifts his weight slightly, and camera changes angle so we still see him straight on
Baker: You saw what happened to Bishop. He isn't a ten minute man. I beat you fairly quickly to take what's rightfully mine - this belt. What chance do you think you got to reclaim it? But I hope you're preparing. I've been preparing, too. It seems like I'm not the only one to venture away from FPW to get a workout in... Marcus - what a foolish move, to go there alone, with no back up. But then again, you've always been a fool, jester-like.... Perhaps you should've taken Bishop with you, to have helped you out?
At any rate, Baker, I'll see you soon. I need to get back to the NXT:UK ring and do more training. Good luck, Baker, you'll need it

Graham Baker sits in a gym in front of a camera, his workout bag behind him as he cracks his neck.
Davey...tomorrow's the day. You were the better man last time, i'm man enough to admit that, but this time? Not a snowball's chance in hell. We're going to beat the living shit out of eachother, and at the end of it all, the Freedom Pro Wrestling World Heavyweight Championship will be back right where it belongs, on the Ace of FPW.
After that? I'm gonna go ahead and win the Free-1 a second fucking time, and there's not a goddamned thing anyone in this company can do to stop me. I'm the Ace, not anyone else...and I plan on walking out with another trophy and another belt to my name.
No more words. Tomorrow, we settle this in the ring.
Baker grabs his bag and gets up, leaving the screen empty...

A camera caught Jace Mason exiting the gym, and the crew asked him for a quick word.
"This is it. Twenty-four hours from now, I'll have finished the first match in my debut Free-1. I don't really know what I'm expecting from the tournament as a whole, but I know what I can expect from tomorrow's match. And that is that it's going to be one of the toughest matches I'll ever have in my career. Aaron described me as the future of the business, but if I'm the future, than Aaron is undeniably the present. He's one of the best wrestlers not just here in FPW, but in the entire world. I'm so grateful that I had the opportunity to train with him, but more than that, I'm grateful that I'm able to call him a friend. But, friend or not, I'll be doing exactly what he said, and that's bringing everything I've got. This is easily the biggest opportunity I've gotten in my life, and I'm not going to give it up for anything. Aaron, I'll see you tomorrow."

MDE makes his way through the arena to the trainer’s area and finds Jerry Bishop being tended to as trainers pluck countless thumbtacks from his body.
JB: Ow. MDE: “Ow.” That’s what you have to say to me? JB: “Oy vey” doesn’t seem appropriate.
MDE gets up close to Jerry.
MDE: A weekend away with your family? That’s what you told me it was. And then I see you pop up on 60 Minutes of Freedom to wrestle Davey freaking Jones? Days away from the Free-1? Was that in the plan? JB: Look, I- Son of a Benny, warn a guy before ripping those out, will ya? MDE: Was it in the plan? Yes or no? JB: No, but- George Burns on a bicycle, what did I just say? MDE: Exactly. It wasn’t in the plan. Now you go into your first match having taken a load of thumbtacks out of yourself after being thrown all over the ring by a guy you should not be stepping into a ring with. All of the preparation we’ve done to get you mentally prepared put at risk. I hope it was worth it. JB: I... MDE: You what? You didn’t think? You did something stupid? You’re sorry and you’ll make up for it by working harder? What?
Jerry sits up a bit taller and looks MDE in the eye, some frustration mounting as the trainers continue to remove tacks.
JB: I wanted to prove something to myself. You wouldn’t understand. Now let’s get to work- MARTIN AND LEWIS, HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO ASK YOU?
MDE observes Jerry as he starts to get up from the trainer’s bench but is pushed back down.
MDE: Prove what? JB: That I didn’t just get lucky because Bobby wanted to mess with that lunABBOTT AND COSTELLO, I SWEAR YOU’RE DOING THIS ON PURPOSE. MDE: And? JB: *sighs* Honestly... I could have won that match. I see that. But... MDE: But what? JB: I messed up... obviously. Is that what you want to hear? MDE: No. I want to hear that you had a good time with your family and that I didn’t really see you wrestling Davey Jones after lying to me. But yes, you did mess up. Why? JB: I just saw... and I thought maybe if... I fell into old habits. It won’t happen again. MDE: You’re right. It won’t. You don’t wrestle a match if I’m not there with you. No more distractions. You’re working with me to get your head right. We do preparation here. I’m preparing you for Clutch, for Shihei, for Botiatus, for Evans and for Baker. If we do this properly you’ll win all of those matches because you’re good enough and you’ll have a proper game plan. But that’s your decision. I’ve given you what I need to give you. Are you all in or not?
Jerry looks at MDE for a few moments, seemingly questioning himself, his eyes glazed over.
JB: I’m all in. And I wanted to work on transitions from ducking Clutch’s strikes into the Last Laugh.
MDE regards Jerry for a moment, trying to work out how genuine he is.
MDE: Good. We’ll get to that. First you need to get yourself straightened out. You’re working hard tomorrow.
MDE turns away as Jerry touches the place on the back of his neck where Dasha put her arm as she helped him out of the ring following the Davey match. His hand lingers there for a moment before he shakes his head and looks downward again.
JB: FOR THE LOVE OF MARX BROTHERS, THAT HAD BETTER BE THE LAST ONE.
Trainer: Yup, that’s the last of them. 72 altogether.
*Bishop’s eyes widen at the number before a wry smile forms on his face.*
JB: Heh. Take that, Jericho.

When we next see Graham Baker, he appears to be backstage, packing his things into his bag angrily. Notably, he shoves two other Championship Belts into his bag with a significant less care than he treated the Freedom Pro Wrestling World Heavyweight Championship with, and he turns around-almost literally bashing into Dasha Banks and the Freedom Pro Wrestling Camera Crew. Baker raises a brow and, through gritted teeth, speaks.
"What."
Dasha, taken aback by the furious demeanor of Baker, clears her throat.
"We were wondering if we could get some comments post-match about your rematch against Davey Jon-"
"What is there to say?" Baker grunts, furious. "What is there to say that hasn't already been seen? What is there to see about this matchup? I had Davey down for the one, two, motherfucking three count until his buddy Jack Sevren opted to get involved in the match. Never leaves well enough alone, that sour prick-but regardless, Davey Jones beat me again. I went into this match thinking I had that title back in my fucking grasp, and you know what? I didn't. I wasn't good enough."
Dasha looks concerned and is about to open her mouth, but Baker cuts her off before she can speak.
"What's next, you're gonna tell me that you're all rooting for me? That you're all waiting for me to climb back up the fucking mountain and rip that belt from Jones' hands and put it back where it belongs? That you're all super duper excited to see me win the fucking Free-1 a second time? Well let me tell you one thing, Dasha, I'm not entirely sure that I have it in me to make a run through the Free-1 one more time, but I do have a fire burning in my chest and my stomach that's threatening to rip me apart inside-out. I have a run in me that's going to define not the Graham Baker you've seen before, but the Graham Baker you will see now. The furious bastard who's going to do whatever it takes to win this tournament, to run through the field and come out, once again, undefeated.
It starts tomorrow, with Botiatus, a man who's claimed to be the Ace of this company despite wrestling a grand total of three goddamned matches, and where does that get him? I toiled in this company for four fucking months before I could even taste my first victory, and once I did, I never stopped running. Botiatus, on the other hand...it's gonna be a different story when he runs headfirst into the Ace of Freedom Pro in his first match in the Free-1, and let me tell you, my friend-you're gonna have a rough start if you think that I'm not going to go one hundred ten fucking percent the entire fucking match. You want to establish the House of Bo on top of the Free-1, but that's gonna be really fucking hard to do when I burn the whole goddamn thing to the ground.
I'll see you tomorrow, Bo, and to everyone else-take tomorrow as an example. I'm no underdog anymore, I'm not punching up, and i'm not fucking around."
Baker grabs his bags before Dasha can ask any other questions, heading for the door and slamming it behind him....

Davey gets backstage, after successfully defending the FPW Championship, and a trainer comes to look over him
T: Davey, we need to check you over for injury DJ: No, you don't. What you need to do is let me go T: Davey, please. I don't want to do this any more than you do. Please, just let us do it.
Davey glares, grunting, before sitting down
T: Thank you Davey. Now, let me see your arms.
Davey smirks, gets up suddenly, and puts the trainer in the chicken wing, but doesn't swing him around
DJ: Look good to you?
Davey puts him down, before retreating to his dressing room
Jerry, thank you for being my tune up match. I definitely needed it... Probably another one, to boot. Oh, and uh... Sorry about the tacks. Yeah, sorry. I guess I got a little unhinged.
Davey shifts, noticeably uncomfortable, but doesn't audibly do anything to indicate it
Graham, you did EXACTLY what you said you would do. You brought your best. You trained, you prepared. You got better. You did something that nobody else has - you almost beat me. I'm going to be sore, there's no doubt about that, but you're going to be far worse for wear, aren't you. Word of advice, kid - never trust an Orton, no matter how much he claims to be different. One defense down, many more to go. I'm not letting this title go for a very long time... Not until I'm ready to allow someone else take it. Certainly not in a triple threat match

Bo walks into the arena for tonight's Free-1. He quickly runs into Dasha with the camera crew in tow
Bo- "How do you? Everytime? And everyone? Do you have the entire roster on GPS or something?"
Dasha can't help but chuckle for a second and Bo flashes a smile
Bo- "It's fine Dasha, you're always welcome at The House of Botiatus. Now what can I do for you?"
DB- "Bo, tonight you open your first ever Free-1 against former FPW Champion and last year's Free-1 winner, Graham Baker..."
Bo- "I'm sorry to cut you off Dasha but I know exactly who I'm facing. I may have been in Cali but I still pay attention to every single thing that happens in FPW. And speaking of which, that was one hell of a championship match last night! I thought for sure that Graham had it won but Davey just wouldn't stay down. I would've loved to have been facing the champ tonight but things didn't work out that way. I just hope Baker has enough left in the tank for tonight"
DB- "I spoke to him after the match and he certainly didn't seem to be lacking energy"
Bo- "Is that so?"
DB- "He brought up the point that you've gained entry into the Free-1 despite having next to no experience in FPW. He also took exception to you calling yourself the Ace of FPW"
Bo gets visibly agitated as he responds
Bo- "What the what? I never called myself the Ace of FPW,I said I wanted to face an Ace! How many times are my words gonna be misconstrued around here?"
He quickly calms himself but the smile and upbeat attitude are now gone as a very serious demeanor takes over as Bo continues
"You know Dasha I'm just gonna give it to you straight. Because Baker isn't the first to run his mouth about me here and he certainly won't be the last. Everyone on the roster is pointing at me and asking (Bo switches to a tone mocking a small child) 'Whaa, why does he get to be in the Free-1? Its no fair' (Bo switches back to normal) Now on one hand I get it because I'm loud and brash. Most of the guys here started from the bottom and worked their way up. No one has ever come into this company demanding respect from jump quite like I have. But I'm that damn good, plain and simple. And that's why tonight I have to prove it. I'm not stupid. I know they put me against Baker first because they want me to put up or shut up. Clearly Dasha, I'm not the quiet type so that only leaves me one option. I hope every Freedom Fighter watches closely tonight because I'm going to answer every question and silence every critic of my inclusion in the Free-1. I'm here to stay and I'm damn sure not here to be a footnote on Bakers road to redemption. (Bo now looks directly into the camera) So everyone please, take a seat and get comfortable because tonight you are all guests in the House Of Botiatus"

Backstage, following his match, Marcus is seen ripping the tape off his wrists in complete frustration. He begins talking to himself.
MAJ: Going undefeated, getting my rematch with Baker, winning the Free-1…
Marcus rips the last piece of tape off and balls it up, squeezing it tightly in his hand.
MAJ: Couldn’t even win my first damn match!
Marcus throws the tape against the wall before leaning forward. Looking down, he spots a familiar pair of boots step over the balled up tape. He looks up and just shakes his head when he sees Dario standing there.
MAJ: Go away.
Dario chuckles as he picks up the tape and begins tossing it in the air as he stands leant up against the wall opposite Marcus.
D: It’s a real shame what happened out there. Ya know, things could have been different if—
Marcus looks at Dario coldly causing the Samoan to smile and stop his sentence.
MAJ: Don’t. I know what you’re going to say and just don’t…I told myself I was going to do this by myself. Win, lose or draw, I was going into the Free-1 and coming out of it, by myself. I didn’t,
Marcus pauses for a moment.
MAJ: I didn’t expect to lose this early but I haven’t changed my mind. No matter what happens, I’m doing this on my own.
Dario frowns as he tosses the ball of tape at Marcus, who doesn’t move to avoid it, letting it hit him and land on his lap.
D: You faced Saturn last year in the Free-1. Do you remember what happened?
MAJ: I won and before you can say anything, I won without you or Haych ringside. So don’t try to spin some tale of revisionist history to convince me to change my mind.
Dario chuckles.
D: Wouldn’t dream of it boss…But, I did take the opportunity to watch back that match and the one that just ended and I’ve got to say, I’ve got it figured out. Why you lost, well, that is, why you lost on your own.
Marcus looks at Dario in frustration.
D: You claim to be the smartest man in professional wrestling and yet, with your opponent down, instead of going for the cover, you went for another finisher, even though you were barely able to stand at the time. But that wasn’t your only mistake of the match. You had countless opportunities to be aggressive but you weren’t. You held back, you didn’t prepare for what he had coming. The Marcus who beat Saturn in last year’s Free-1, he was one step ahead of everyone. This Marcus, this Marcus is too focused on what people think of him and it’s already cost him a win. You can’t get that one back, but it’s not too late to be the Marcus who can still win this damn thing. Do whatever it takes to get it done.
Marcus remains quiet as he takes in Dario’s words, realizing his former associate may be right.
MAJ: Do whatever it takes…
Dario smiles broadly.
D: Exactly! Now there’s the Marcus that’s gonna go undefeated from here on and out.
Marcus repeats, “do whatever it takes,” several more times before looking back at Dario a look of determination and resolve in his eyes.
MAJ: Thanks but I’ll pass.
Dario frowns in confusion.
MAJ: I came into this Free-1 with specific goals in mind and yeah, one of them can’t happen now but the other two still can. And when they do, it’s going to be because I did it the right way. Because I proved what I set out to prove. To myself and to everyone else. I told myself I’d do this the right way, not the “whatever it takes” way and I haven’t changed my mind.
Dario looks annoyed but then shrugs it off.
D: The right way…The right way doesn’t matter if you’re winless, if you are giving up your chance because of some bullshit journey to self-enlightenment you’re on. You lost one big match to Baker and now it’s like, you’re a whole different person. A better person maybe, but sure as hell not a better wrestler. But whatever, end of the day, you make your own choices. You want to prove yourself, go for it. But I’ve got something to prove to you too and when I’m done, you’ll realize just how wrong you were thinking you could do this, any of this, on your own. TakeOver will rise again Marcus. You need us as much as we need you.
As Dario walks away, Marcus’ head shoots up starkly as he makes a realization and the words begin to ring in his head, "TakeOver will rise again…"
MAJ: It was you…

*Bishop’s eyes widen at the number before a wry smile forms on his face.* JB: Heh. Take that, Jericho. *As Jerry is leaving with MDE, Bobby spots him at the end of the hallway.* MDE: No. Focus on your gameplan, not him. He’s not in the Free-1, he doesn’t deserve a second more of your time. *Jerry looks apprehensively at MDE before seeing Bobby approach.* MDE: Let’s go *MDE orders but Jerry doesn’t follow right away. As Bobby gets closer however, he turns his back, only turning back around when Bobby addresses him. Jerry can see how guilty Bobby looks.* BO: Let me explain… *MDE steps in front of the two.* MDE: Jerry doesn’t have time for nor does he care for your explanations Orton. *Bobby stands defensive.* BO: I’m sorry, but you don’t get to decide that. If Jerry doesn’t want to talk to me fine, but it’s his choice, not yours. Jerry, I know you’re probably pretty pissed off right now, but just give me five minutes, please. JB: Alright Bobby, five minutes. *MDE looks disgusted.* MDE: People like him are what’s going to hold you back. Friendships have no place in this business. I’ll be at the gym when you’re ready to take things seriously. *Bobby frowns as MDE walks away.* BO: You don’t need to listen to that pompous ass. He doesn’t respect you. He’s probably just using you for his own gain. *Jerry hesitates for a moment.* JB: How is that any different from you? I’m supposed to believe you respect me? If you respected me, you would have come to me first before inserting yourself in my match. And I get it, I do, Davey took your chance away and you just wanted a second opportunity. I don’t fault you for that. But if you had just come to me first…And then, in the match. You say MDE is using me, *you* used me Bobby. You claim to be my friend and then you pull off this trick. Was it really about getting me into the Free-1 like you said? Or was it just about getting your revenge? Either way, a little heads up would have been nice, or gee, I don’t know, maybe you could have not hit me in the head…A disqualification is a disqualification no matter what body part gets attacked… *Bishop takes a deep breath* JB: Look... Bobby, you and I go back farther than almost everyone in this company. We’ve had our ups and downs, our fights alongside and against each other. And I still remember the promise we made: “‘til deathmatch do us part.” So following that promise, I’m going to level with you. I know I could have won that match without you getting involved, but you got involved anyway. You have your issues with with Jack and the Giant Beanstalk, I understand that. *Bishop’s expression goes cold* JB: But you could have at least told me what you were planning. I understand why you acted that way, but you should have told me first. We’ve always been honest, Bobby, like we said, “til deathmatch do us part”. But you weren’t honest with your plans. I feel I deserve that much. Guilt is clearly evident in Bobby's eyes but he knows Jerry is right. BO: I should have asked you first about inserting myself into the match, you're absolutely right. And I should have aimed lower. An elbow, a shin, anything but your head. I just, I wasn't thinking clearly. But I couldn't tell you in advance, not really, because there was no advance. I was set to go into that match with every intent on winning it. But that opportunity was taken from me just like I knew it would be taken from you. And if I couldn't get in the Free-1, I sure as hell was gonna make sure you weren't kept out too... Jer, it's not that I didn't think you could win. It's not that I didn't have faith in you. I just knew that Jack and Jones weren't going to let it happen. They were willing to keep me out of the match to better Davey's chances. If it came down to it, they would have gone after you too and I wouldn't have been there to have your back like I planned to when it was a triple threat. You have to know that if anyone here believes as much in your talent, besides your sister, it's me. Not MDE. He's trying to get inside your head and kill the Bishop we all know and love. Don't let him do it. *Bishop takes in Bobby’s words in silence and nods.* JB: Okay, Bobby. I get it. If it had been a triple threat, we could’ve worked together to keep Jones contained. And then we could have had a fair contest. That’s what we do best. But I want to tell you something. Right now, I’m in the coldest streak of my life. Not just wrestling, the fans, my friends, my family, Dash- you know what I mean. To me it doesn’t feel like I’m losing who I am, it feels like who I am isn’t enough. So when the Limey Slime told me he could help me get back to where I was, back to stealing the show every night instead of counting the lights, then maybe I can get back to my old self. But right now it feels like my old self isn’t cutting it anymore. Maybe I need to change some things in order to get where I need to be. I just want to feel like what I’m doing out there matters. And if I’m losing all the time, then what’s the point of being a Jester anymore? Bobby frowns. BO: See, this is what I mean. He's already in your head. Look, I've had bad days, bad weeks, bad months. And you saw what that did to me. I didn't have an MDE there pushing me toward dark impulses, I did that on my own. But there's something else I didn't have. Or maybe I did, I just couldn't see it at the time. I didn't have someone on the other side of my shoulder reminding me that for as bad as things got, I'd still be okay. You have that. And that's kinda why I'm here. I wanted to apologize but more than that, I wanted to make you an offer. It's kinda crazy but the more I thought about it, the more I realize it makes all the sense in the world. And again, I know you can do this on your own, but I don't trust MDE and I sure as hell don't Davey and Jack. You're the reason Davey's not in the Free-1 and I don't believe for one second that he and Jack are just gonna let that go unpunished. I know MDE is like your manager now or whatever but I hate what its doing to you. So, you don't have to yes, but I hope you do...Let me corner you in the Free-1. You focus on getting the job done in the ring and I'll focus on making sure you're not cheated out of your chance to win. Not to win using MDEs tactics but to win being the best damn jester the world has ever seen. You focus on that and I'll focus on Jack and Davey. And before you say anything, I didn't mention this to Houston or anyone yet. I'm coming to you first like I should have with the triple threat. If you say no, I'll understand, but if you say yes, I promise you you'll get the fair shake here I don't think you'll get otherwise. And hell, even if you say no, I'm not gonna promise I won't still be there to kick Jack and Davey's collective asses up and down that ring. Jer, you almost won this whole damn thing last year. You almost won it being yourself. You've got this. And I'll take care of the rest. MDE may want to help you now but he's always got his own motives. But you and I, til deathmatch do us part right? Bobby extends his hand. BO: I know I haven't given you a lot of time to think about this since your match is tomorrow, but what do you say Jer? *Bishop pauses and looks at Bobby’s hand and sighs, smirking, before taking it.* JB: You make a good point, Bobby. Although I still find it a little weird to think of the guy who cracks people upside the head with a pipe as the “Shoulder Angel”. But if you think it’ll help, I trust your judgment. Bobby chuckles a little dryly. BO: Okay so maybe not quite an angel but certainly a better bet than the devil on the other side. Plus, I'm really trying to put those days behind me. I get a little too comfortable when it's in my hands to be honest. It still feels a little too natural. Heh, maybe you'll end up being my shoulder angel when all is said and done. You're the best of us Jerry. NEVER forget that and NEVER let anyone convince you otherwise. JB: *half-singing* Nobody does it better. Man, I love that movie. BO: What movie? JB: We need to brush you up on your 007, Mr. O. BO: 007? That's a movie? Oh...that must be where Jack got our nickname from, Double0-Sevren. Bobby seems wistful at the memory before shaking it off. BO: Let's grab some milkshakes to celebrate our arrangement. And to toast to you going on to win the Free-1. Jerry looks a bit apprehensive. JB: MDE says-- Jerry pauses as he looks at Bobby. JB: I suppose one milkshake won't hurt. Plus, it will give me a chance to explain 007. I suppose I can squeeze all 20+ movies over the length of a milkshake. Bobby's eyes go wide. BO: I'm sorry, did you say 20+?! Jerry laughs. JB: Your education officially begins. Bobby smiles as he's happy to see the old Jerry coming out again. Jerry returns the gesture as he and Bobby begin walking down the hallway, Jerry going into detail on the Bond saga as they walk out of shot.

The following exclusive video appears on freedomprowrestling.com.
Aaron Williams staggers back through the curtain, limping as he walks towards a camera and dripping with sweat.
“I told you... before this tournament started... Jace Mason is one best... fucking... wrestlers in the world... He gave me... a tougher match than... 99% of wrestlers ever have. That man... is the future of this fucking business... But he called me the present... and I’m not ready... to hand over to the next generation... not yet. Marcus, Berry, Saturn, Karlson... you’ll all have seen that... I will stop at nothing... nothing whatsoever... to win this tournament... It’s only one match... but I’ve laid my cards... on the table... I’m winning this Block... If I can beat Jace Mason... I can beat anyone. Berry... I can’t wait to face you... we’re going to tear this place up... just like me and Jace did and just like you and Karlson are no doubt about to do... After our match... if I end up victorious... I’m coming for that Freedom Title... until then... I’ll be watching very closely...”
Williams limps away from the camera towards the locker room.

Davey is in his locker room, watching the following take place
DJ: Bo, it's good to see you kick off your Free-1 run with a victory. But if not for me, you would, at best, be looking at a draw. But even you've fared better than some of the other wrestlers have. See, you've at least won without any controversy lately. Who can't say that in their last couple of matches? Jerry couldn't, until tonight. And even then, even he has to admit, his match against me on 60 Minutes helped him tonight, considering the sticky situation I left him in. Baker surely can't say that - having lost to me twice in a row, for the FPW Championship both times, before losing to you. Jace did get one thing right. You are the present. You may be the future, but nobody can properly prepare for all that I can do! Speaking of Baker...
Davey stands up, revealing the FPW Championship still around the waist of Davey
This thing of Beauty is right where she belongs - right here in the hands of the Lunatic. Face it, Baker - you can't get the job done. I staked my claim when I made entry into the battle royale, which turned into a 1 on 1 match. I won that match. I won as the challenger for this belt. You lost the rematch that you could've won. Perhaps even should have won. But when the stakes are high, and we were both all in for the belt, we kept raising, kept calling the bluff of the other - neither one able to keep the other down. And guess who flinched first? Who got sent away, the loser, yet again? Someone must be seeing shadows if they can't even beat a rookie to Freedom Pro. And no, Bo, I'm not calling you a rookie, just one to the company. But even then - what would you do about it? Baker, seems like you're heading down the path that Jerry was in - doing nothing but lose. Unfortunately, it seems like you don't have any friends to help you out of that funk, does it?
Davey snickers, as he walks with a slight limp still from the night before, off screen, just before the camera cuts out

Artemis Evans is seen exiting the trainer's room, holding an ice pack against the back of her head. She notices the camera crew watching her and smirks.
"And just like that, my path to winning the Free-1 is clear. With his size and power, Go Shihei was always going to be my biggest obstacle in this tournament, and if he couldn't defeat me, you all have to ask yourselves: who can? Clutch McCloud would have been a threat, but he decided to essentially forfeit the match, rendering him a non-factor in my quest. Sure, I still have to face Graham Baker and Jerry Bishop, last year's Free-1 finalists. But I have another question for you, were they only successful because I wasn't in their way? Because mark my words, I am going to defeat both of them, and then there will be nothing standing in my way towards victory. Now get out of my face."
She shoves the cameraman aside as she continues to walk down the hall.
