Name:
Go Shihei
Handler: None
Nickname(s):
Holy Fury
Date of Birth:
January 23rd, 1994.
Hometown:
Osaka, Japan.
Heel, Face, or Tweener?:
Tweener, face-leaning.
Wrestling Style:
Brawler/Striker/Powerhouse - He hits people very fucking hard and can manhandle the hell out of them.
Personality:
Brash, doesn't talk much shit and lets his manager do most of his talking for him. Prefers to use his fists to do the talking that Katherine Mustang can't.
Strengths:
Fast, strong, and hard hitting, a Japanese powerhouse of unbridled strength and fury. A master of the powerbomb, and incredibly resilient.
Weaknesses:
Less of a technical wrestler and more of a brute force kind of guy, Shihei can be slipped up by submissions and intense technical wrestling.
Wrestler Pic Base:
Great O'Kharn (long hair and beard)
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 275.
Attire:
Shihei's gear is fairly simple, being a pair of high-waisted maroon and white trunks with a bit of a longer leg (see: Rusev), kneepads, boots that go a little below his kneepads, and wraps around his hands and wrists. He wears a mouthguard that reads, simply, KTFO. He usually walks to the ring with a tanktop on, which he either tears off or throws off depending on how quickly he enters the match.
Theme Song:
"Fury, Oh Fury" by Nico Vega
Entrance:
As the opening monologue plays, a darkness falls over the arena, but as the song's lyrics begin with the heavy guitar, the lights come up dark red and white and Shihei steps out, usually accompanied by Kate Mustang. Occasionally, if the fans get behind him, Shihei will play to them more, but for the most part he walks to the ring, pumping himself up by slapping himself in the head and beating on his chest.
Moveset (list 10 or more common moves):
-Lariats, Clotheslines, Flying Elbows, any straight-arm strike that causes massive damage is something Shihei takes pride in.
-Big Boots and other broad kicks like such.
-Exploder, Saito, and Northern Lights suplexes, sometimes into the turnbuckles.
-Tiger Suplexes, Vertical Suplexes, belly-to-belly suplexes.
-Various powerbombs of varying designs, including but not limited to: Sit-out Powerbombs, Crucifix Powerbombs, Running Powerbomb Tosses, etc.
-'Fisherman' moves, including a Swinging Fisherman Neckbreaker, Fisherman Drivers, and Crosslegged Fisherman Busters.
-Avalanche moves, including avalanche suplex variants, tosses, and drives.
-Chops and strikes, some with a closed fist, often targeting the chest and face.
-Catching moves, most commonly a sit-out powerbomb or buckle-bomb as a counter to a flying opponent.
-Running Sentons, including to the corner, to opponents in the ring, and rarely to the outside.
Signature(s):
High Velocity - A Queen Suplex, usually bridged into a pin.
High Intensity - An electric chair lift swung around into a powerbomb.
High Altitude - Pop-up Chokebreaker
High Impact - A corkscrew flying elbow smash, usually done as an intercepting move.
Finisher(s) (list 1-3 finishing moves):
Dead Man's Bomb - Sit-out Liger Bomb.
Year Of The Toad - Massive Bullfrog Splash.
Final Bomber - A Sit-Out Powerbomb immediately pulled up into a leaping reverse piledriver (SUPER FINISHER)
Backstory (can include real life companies or other e-feds):
A relatively new import to the United States, Shihei was sent on excursion from NJPW after completing their Young Lions training in the brutal Japanese dojos. Considering himself worthy of a challenge, he became acquainted with Kate Mustang, who'd been looking for a reason to head to Freedom Pro, and so the two of them began their journey together into FPW.
