Hardcore Falls Count Anywhere Match - Jameson V. Baker
Staccato machine-gun fire plays as his intro starts, and smoke begins to flow freely as he rises to the stage. As the smoke clears and the song intensifies, Graham Baker stands up, and raises his hands in the two-finger-gun motion as pyro echoes the same sound and motion of the gunfire from earlier, which plays again. He blows the fingers as if blowing the smoke away from two guns, and approaches the ring, sliding under the bottom rope and climbing the turnbuckles to play to the crowd, as any good babyface does.
"The Aviator" hops and stretches in the middle of the ring, looking towards the entrance ramp as he awaits "The White Devil".
The riff hits and drums begin as the words, "Break, break, BREAK YOUR FUCKIN' NECK!" hits, and out from behind the curtain comes Nick Jameson. "The Real Horror" wears a black hoodie to the ring, and pulls away from fans trying to touch him, threatening to smack them and insulting them viciously if they get too close. Jameson slides under the bottom rope, holding himself up on his hands and thrusting his hips up and down, simulating sexual intercourse with his tongue out before taking a knee and looking out into the crowd with disdain as Graham Baker shakes his head in disgust. He yells more profanities to the crowd as he rips his hoodie off and tosses it to the outside, standing up on the middle turnbuckle and smugly smiling and insulting the crowd once more before jumping down and stretching on the ropes in the corner.
These two stare each other down, ready for the war ahead. Both men have suffered tough losses recently, so this could be the springboard for either man to get on a winning track here in Freedom Pro Wrestling.
The two men circle the ring, with Jameson running his mouth and taunting Graham before they lock up! Jameson reaches down and takes down "The Aviator" with a standing single leg takedown, looking down and yelling, "FUCK YOU!" before hitting the ropes. Graham twists on the mat and Jameson leaps over him, running off the opposite ropes. Graham pops up and tries a leap frog, but Jameson catches him in mid-air and delivers a variation of his DEVIL DRIVER! Graham sits up for a minute, dazed, before "The Real Horror" pulls him down and tries to end it.
One... Tw-
Kick out from Baker breaks it up. Jameson immediately locks on a chinlock, and the fans start to rally behind Baker.
Baker fights and struggles, making it up to a knee, and then to his feet as Jameson clinches the hold. Baker proceeds to deliver to elbows to the gut of the Youngstown, Ohio native, before Jameson changes his clinch to a Thai style neck hold, unloading a series of knees to Baker, baking him up into the ropes. Jameson winds back and delivers a BLISTERING Knife Edged chop, inciting "WHOO'S" from the crowd. Graham tries to get away, but the more powerful Jameson grabs him and unloads another fearsome chop, turning the pasty Brit's chest a bright red.
Baker shows fire, though, and grabs Jameson by the head, blasting off a series of inside elbows that stagger "America's Pro Wrestler" back into the center of the ring. Graham proceeds to turn and run off the ropes. Baker slides under Jameson's legs, who looks stunned and disoriented. Baker pops up behind Jameson and quickly grabs him, delivering a SNAP RELEASE DRAGON SUPLEX! Jameson is dazed on his knees after being dumped on his head, and "The Aviator" rushes and catches him with a dropkick to the face, taking him down and going for the cover.
One... Two-
Kick out from Jameson, who rolls to the ropes, shaking off the cobwebs.
Baker claps his hands and motions for the fans to get this match. Jameson gets back to his feet, stumbling to the middle of the ring. Baker rushes him, leaping and delivering a Swinging Headscissors! Jameson staggeres back to his feet pretty quickly here, as Baker is back up, and "The Aviator" runs at "The White Devil" again, leaping up and looking for a Huracanrana, but Jameson uses his power to stop it mid-move! He then tosses up Baker and catches him by the mid-section, twisting and throwing the London export with his LIGHTS OUT SUPLEX INTO THE BUCKLES! Baker lands in a nasty way there, and rolls to the outside as Jameson grabs his crotch and tells the fans to "EAT MY DICK!"
Jameson rolls to the outside, stalking Baker, who's pulling himself up on the guardrail. Baker throws a side thrust kick, connecting slightly to Jameson's mid-section, but Jameson rushes at him and blasts Baker with a big forearm to the back, followed by a knee to the ribs, and then grabbing him by the shoulder and tights and sending Baker SHOULDER FIRST INTO THE TURNPOST! Baker's body whips over and crashes into the railing, and he's holding his shoulder in agony!
Jameson stands, arms out stretched and goading the fans with his fingers, "HERE'S YOUR HERO! GO AHEAD, CHEER THIS MAN!"
Jameson sends a straight kick to the side of Baker's face, and Baker looks to be in a bad way here. Jameson goes under the ring, pulling out a garbage can with has a number of weapons inside of it, visible to us being some light tubes, a kendo stick, and who knows what else. Things are about to get even more violent in this no holds barred, falls count anywhere match, and these fans seem to be getting blood thirsty now. Jameson takes one of the light tubes from the can as Baker pulls himself up on the railing. Jameson wields it back and looks to smash it into Baker's back, but Graham suddenly turns in the nick of time, grabbing Jameson's hands and sending a knee into his mid-section! Baker delivers another big elbow to the jaw of Jameson, turning "The Real Horror" away and sending him stumbling. Baker grabs the Kendo Stick from the can, and catches Jameson to the gut with it as he turns, doubling him over and causing him to drop the light tube!
Jameson drops to a knee and turns away, knowing he's in trouble now, but Baker doesn't let up, catching him with a Kendo Stick shot right to the kidneys! The fans are cheering on Baker now, as he's whipping Jameson like a government mule! Baker takes the Kendo Stick and puts it across Jameson's throat, choking him and pulling him back towards the light tube laying on the floor. Baker then releases the Kendo Stick and grabs Jameson by the waist, pulling him over with a BRIDGING GERMAN SUPLEX ONTO THE LIGHT TUBE ON THE FLOOR!
Graham holds it and the referee counts, ONE... TWO... T- NO!
Jameson manages to kick out, but we can see the lacerations on his neck now, as clearly some damage has been done.
"The Aviator" takes a moment to motion to the fans and get them on his side before pointing to the top turnbuckle. Jameson is crawling towards the time keeper's table and guard railing. Baker heads to the top turnbuckle, looking to go high risk, as he's feeling the momentum going in his direction. Jameson backs up towards the apron now, blood dripping from his neck and shoulders. Baker leaps off the top as the fans cheer and Jameson turns, only to have Jameson THROW THE RING BELL INTO HIS FACE! BAKER LANDS IN A NASTY WAY HERE, AND HE MIGHT BE OUT! Jameson drops to his hands and knees, trying to regain his composure as he just delivered a huge blow to Baker.
Jameson goes to the garbage can and pulls out a bag, holding it up for the fans to see as he nods and smiles sadistically. He then opens the bag, dropping THOUSANDS OF THUMB TACKS ALL OVER THE FLOOR! The fans cheer, as they know something brutal going to happening now. Jameson lifts up Baker and pulls his head between his thighs. Jameson makes a throat slash and is trying to call for the end, as he lifts Baker, looking for a Powerbomb, but Baker shows his resilience and unloads a series of punches to the face and forehead of Jameson. Jameson is stunned, allowing Baker to show his athleticism, switching him position on Jameson's shoulder and then bringing him down with a VICTORY ROLL ONTO THE THUMBTACKS!
Jameson is being pinned down onto the sharp objects, as Baker holds his legs, desperately trying to get the win! The referee counts, ONE... TWO... THR- NO!
Jameson manages to break free and rolls away, tacks sticking him all over his back, ribs, neck, everywhere! Graham has tacks sticking out of his legs and ass here, too, and takes a moment to get some of them out as the fans cheer the effort these two have put in thus far.
Graham watches as Jameson begins to get back to his feet, but he doesn’t give him a chance to, running the ropes and hitting a vicious rebound dropkick on Jameson, sending him back down to the mat. Baker rolls under the ring ropes, pulling a table out from under the ring that’s lined with light tubes. He sets it up, and after checking to make sure that Jameson’s still recovering, grabs another that’s covered with a pane of glass. Baker takes a moment to rest as he heads back into the ring, calculating his options, but Jameson rushes back to his feet quickly and drops Graham with a short-arm lariat. He pulls the other man back to his feet and delivers a devastating buckle-bomb to Baker, watching him as he rolls away from the turnbuckle and considering going for the pin, before a devilish sneer crosses his face.
Mocking Baker’s movements, he mimics his two-handgun gesture, before stopping and giving the crowd twin-middle fingers, screaming “Fuck all of you!” He flips Graham over, and locks in a cross armbar. The form is sloppy, and the move is clearly meant more to toy with Baker, but Jameson twists it and locks it in, causing Baker to writhe in pain. He keeps it going, screaming profanity at Baker, but Baker begins to get back onto his knees, and with his free arm, delivers a series of gut-punches to Jameson, forcing him to release the hold. As the two separate, Baker wrings his arm out, and watches as Jameson goes for a running shoulderblock. Baker reacts quickly, and reverses the move into a headscissor takedown, sending Jameson to the mat before rolling out of position. The crowd cheers, and Baker plays to them for a moment before looking into the trash can that Jameson retrieved earlier. From it, he pulls out two bundles of light tubes, placing them down. He pulls two light tubes out, and the crowd goes mental.
Baker turns back to Jameson, who’s on his knees and getting back to his feet, and holds the light tube like a bat as he runs and smashes it into the side of Jameson’s head. The glass and dust embed themselves in Jameson’s face, and he drops back down to one knee, but he simply looks at Baker and mouths the words ‘again’. Baker obliges, and smashes another light tube against the opposite side of his face, showering the two of them with glass and fluorescent dust. Jameson staggers again, and as Baker grabs another and watches him, he spits a wad of blood at Baker’s chest and screams “COME ON!”.
Baker smashes two more light tubes over Jameson’s head and neck, showering the ring with glass and debris, but after the fourth, Jameson gets to his feet, albeit unsteady. He takes a staggering step toward Baker, and Baker faces him down, the two men looking at each other, covered in blood and dust. Jameson chuckles, and chops Baker hard across the chest, sending the other man back. Baker comes back, however, and chops Jameson, who shows little reaction to the hit. Again, he chops Baker, and Baker responds in kind. The crowd begins an alternating ‘Boo-yay’ chant with every hit, and just as Jameson begins to get the upper hand, Baker begins intensifying his chops, not giving Jameson a chance to respond. He backs Jameson into a corner, hitting him with a staccato of machine gun chops until Jameson relents, giving Baker an opportunity to steal his move, executing a near-perfect Chaos Theory on Jameson. Baker goes for the cover, and the referee counts, ONE, TWO, THR-NO!
Jameson gets a shoulder up at the last second, and Baker falls to his knees, looking for an end to the match as both men have sustained so much damage. Baker pulls Jameson back to his feet, looking to execute The Ground Zero to put him away, but Jameson takes advantage of the wristlock and hits Baker with another short-arm lariat, laying him out. He wastes no time, spotting the glass pane table on the outside of the ring and letting out a dark chuckle. He drags Baker across the ring, blood pouring down his face, and pulls him up onto the top rope, following him up and getting in position for a powerbomb. Jameson picks Baker up onto his shoulders, but just as he’s about to execute the move, Baker responds with a shower of elbows to the head, breaking Jameson’s focus after the third or fourth. Jameson looks to correct the move, but BAKER HITS A PERFECT EJECTION SEAT THROUGH THE GLASS PANE TABLE, SENDING JAMESON TO THE GROUND. BOTH MEN MIGHT BE OUT!
The referee crawls out of the ring, and checks on Jameson, who lays in a nest of broken glass and the shattered remains of a wooden table. He’s breathing, but unmoving. Shortly afterward, he goes to Baker, who landed flat on his back on the hard arena floor. Baker slowly gets back to his feet, looking at Jameson, who appears to be down for the count. Baker goes over to him, and sluggishly attempts a pin, but just as the referee is about to count, he breaks it. The referee looks at Baker in confusion, who pulls himself up on the ring apron, looking down at Jameson. Baker points into the crowd, mouthing the letters ‘MDE’, and for the first time in the night the wild crowd shows some disapproval for Baker’s movements. Baker flips Jameson over with great effort, and pulls him into a Simply Great Stretch on the glass, eliciting a reaction from Jameson who yells out in pain as the glass and wood dig into his chest. The referee looks for a tap-out, but Jameson fights through, and Baker slips up, loosening the hold just enough for Jameson to get up onto one knee. In an impressive feat of strength, Jameson slams his back-and Baker-against the ring apron, causing Baker to fully break the hold and drop to the ground. A furious Jameson wrings out his arms, and looks at Baker, who struggles to get back to his feet with an injured back. Jameson pulls him up, and hits him with a Death Valley Driver onto the table remains, causing even more damage to Baker’s back. He picks Baker up, rolling him back into the ring, and following after him. He drags Baker’s limp body across the ring, to where the light tube table lays.
Pulling Baker out from under the ring ropes, he elbows the man in the head a few times, causing more blood to leak from his already-opened wounds, and stunning him. Jameson pulls a struggling Baker into position for Satan’s Wings, as Baker uses the last of his energy to try and reverse the move. Baker fails, due to his injured back, and Jameson hits a SPINNING DOUBLE-UNDERHOOK PILEDRIVER FROM THE APRON THROUGH THE TABLE! BAKER’S OUT! BAKER’S OUT!
JAMESON GOES FOR THE COVER! ONE, TWO, THREE!
The bell rings, and Jameson is declared the winner. The referee raises his hand, but he pulls away, giving the referee the finger before he approaches Baker’s prone form on the ring floor. He makes a thrusting motion toward Baker, who doesn’t respond, before spitting in his face and walking out of the arena...

Saturn screams in agony as the audience begins booing even louder, Saturn inches his way to the rope, finally grabbing it prompting Jameson to release. Jameson continues his offense lifting Saturn up and giving him a spinebuster, laying Saturn out. He then puts two back breakers into Saturn and positions Saturn for an armbreaker on his left. Jameson continues to hold it as James continues to scream in pain, Saturn once again grabs the ropes and Jameson releases him, starting to look annoyed at Saturns perseverance, he picks up Saturn and begins yelling "FUCK YOU!" He then delivers a lights out Suplex. Saturn falls onto the mat, Jameson goes for the cover, ONE......TWO.. Saturn kicks out. [Commercial Break]"The Real Horror" grabs Saturn by the hair and pulls him to a seated position. Jameson then grabs Saturn by the jaw and begins to rain down right hands onto his forehead as Saturn tries to break away. Jameson shoots down and grabs the left arm again, wrenching it back, continuing to pinpoint his assault on the appendage. Jameson decides to pin down Saturn's arm, and from there jumps and stomps it viciously, causing Saturn to roll away in pain, holding the arm. Jameson show boats the fans some more, waving to them to keep the noise up, he's loving it. Jameson grabs Saturn and lifts him up, laying into him with a knife edged chop that sends the Portland native into the buckles! Jameson zeroes in, scraping his forearm across Saturn's face multiple times for insult before laying into him with another chop! Obligatory "WHOOS" come from the crowd, and Jameson sets him up and lays into him with another chop! More "WHOOS", but Jameson is done with that and goes back to the arm, wrapping it around the top rope and wrenching it, trying to dislocate the elbow or shoulder before smashing down on it with an elbow drop! Saturn falls to his knees out of the corner and rolls away from the buckles holding his left arm, really selling the damage. Jameson grabs the arm again and rips at it, pulling Saturn up and then twisting it before trying to break it over his shoulder! Saturn drops to a knee again, but Jameson lifts him back up in a ripping fashion once more before slamming the arm against his shoulder rapidly three more times! Jameson still has a hold of Saturn's arm and this time pulls him in hard and fast with a Short Arm Lariat! Jameson folds the left arm into Saturn's torso and pins him down, looking to end this. One... Two... Kick out from Saturn with his legs bridging him out of it. Saturn rolls to the buckles and tries to pick himself up before Jameson can continue, but "The White Devil" is hot on his trail and comes barreling in with stomps in the corner. Jameson proceeds to choke Saturn into the bottom buckle with his shin, pulling on the ropes for leverage as the referee counts to five and forces Jameson to break the hold. Jameson argues with the referee, telling him to stay out of his way! Jameson returns his attention to Saturn, but Saturn is up to a knee and the "The Psycho Rookie" sends a right elbow into the midsection of Jameson! Nick backs up, holding his ribs and Saturn bursts up, delivering a diving chop! Saturn is on all fours, but Jameson is staggered, stumbling around the ring holding his chest! Jameson turns back to Saturn, a look of anger of his face as he continues to clutch his chest, but Saturn bursts up and catches him flush on the mouth with a dropkick! Jameson is down! Saturn rushes, running off the ropes and then leaps, hitting a powerful Elbowdrop to the heart of "America's Pro Wrestler", and Saturn hooks the leg here with his right arm, leaning back to try to hold Jameson down! One... Tw- Nope, Jameson kicks out of it. Saturn stays on the assault, though, rolling to his feet and stalking Jameson, who gets to all fours, and Saturn connects with a Dropkick to the side of Jameson's head, sending him rolling towards the ropes! Saturn grabs Jameson and lifts him up, delivering a Thrust Kick into his chest before grabbing him by the arm and whipping him off the ropes. Jameson is coming in fast and Saturn leaps, delivering the Calf Kick to send Jameson back down to the mat! Jameson is sitting up, though, looking stunned, so Saturn runs off the ropes behind him, and then he runs past him and off the ropes in front of him... and then he BLASTS JAMESON WITH A KNEESTRIKE AS HE'S SITTING! Saturn is quick to turn and fall on Jameson, hoping he's just landed a knock out blow. One... Two... Th- NO! Jameson muscles out, somehow finding it in him to shake off the cobwebs after that blow. Saturn holds his head for a moment in slight disbelief before calling for the end. Saturn grabs Jameson by the head and tries to scoop him up, but "The Real Horror" slides off the back and delivers a quick Saito Suplex, snapping Saturn's head off the mat and buying him a little time to recover. Jameson regains his footing as Saturn pulls himself up on the ropes. Jameson comes from behind, grabbing Saturn's left arm again and wrenching it behind him in a Hammerlock before lifting him and dropping him with a modified Belly-to-Back Suplex! Saturn bounces off the mat hard and the "Charismatic Killer" is holding his left shoulder in agony! Jameson rolls him over, trying to pin down the injured arm again as he goes for the win. One... Two- Not so fast, Saturn's still got a lot of fight in him and Jameson is infuriated. Jameson mounts and delivers multiple punches before pulling Saturn up by his injured arm again, this time Hammerlocking it and scooping him up onto his shoulder before SLAMMING HIM DOWN RIGHT ONTO HIS LEFT ARM! Saturn bounces off the mat in a bad way, and that arm may well be dislocated now! Saturn is rolling and holding the arm, but Jameson isn't done yet. Jameson lifts Saturn and pulls him in, ramming him with his shoulder to left arm, knocking Saturn to a knee. Jameson pulls him back up and again rams him with the shoulder! Once more, he lifts him and rams him with the shoulder while holding his wrist, but from here this time, Jameson twists the arm and rolls, getting Saturn into the Omoplata and then he pulls back his other arm, applying the neck wrench and JAMESON HAS THE PAINKILLER LOCKED IN! Saturn is hurting bad and the referee is asking if he wants to quit, but Saturn yells, "FUCK OFF!" obviously in agony, but he's scurrying with his legs, planting his heels into the mat with everything he's got and he's trying, trying, until he finally manages to touch the bottom rope with his foot, and the referee shows him mercy, ordering Jameson to release the hold. Jameson yells at the referee, "NO FUCKING WAY!" but the referee gets down and forcibly pulls at Jameson's arms until he finally lets go. Jameson and the referee exchange words further as the fans boo Jameson and chant for Saturn. Saturn is to his knees, holding his arm, as Jameson is turned away and exchanging words with the referee. [Commercial Break]As Jameson argues with the referee Saturn gets to his feet and mounts once last salvo of offense rushing up to Jameson and hitting him with a double knee backbreaker as the crowd cheers, Jameson lands on his stomach. Saturn climbs to the top rope and calls fpr then end, throwing himself into the air for a saturnsault. Jameson rolls to the side before Saturn can hit the ground and Saturn rotates his body, landing on his feet and avoiding disaster. Jameson gets back up and hits Saturn with a hard right hook to the face, Saturn stumbles back as blood begins streaming out of his nose. Jameson hits Saturn twice more, causing more blood to flow, on the fourth punch Saturn ducks, countering with a pele kick. Jameson stumbles back as Saturn surges forward once again, hitting him with a spear, Saturn goes for the pin. One....Tw..... Jameson kicks out! Saturn stumbles back, slightly confused, slightly angry, but mostly just hurting horribly. Saturn snaps out of his daze and walks over to Jameson, grabbing both his legs and twisting him onto his back locking in Saturns walls. Saturn is able to hold for 20 seconds or so but his left arm is to weak and one of Jamesons legs get free, allowing Jameson to flip Saturn onto his back and springs to his feet. Jameson once again goes after Saturn's arm nailing Saturn to the mat with his foot while twisting his left arm as far back as possible. Saturn continues to scream in pain. After several dozen seconds Jameson releases Saturn and lifts him up tossing him into the air before catching and smashing him into the mat with a powerbomb. The crowds boos grow louder as Jameson turns from Saturn to address them, "Shut the fuck up!". Jameson turns back to Saturn, getting on top of him and repeatedly hitting him before lifting him up into the air once again and hitting with a stigmata bomb transitioning into a pin. One...... Two..... Saturn kicks out, throwing his feet as high in the air as he can while the audience gasps in shock. Unfortunately, this only makes Jameson more annoyed as he continues to stomp on Saturn, Saturn is broken, he lays still on the mat, taking all of it. Saturn begins crawling the corner as Jameson slowly walks behind him, eventually kicking Saturn in the back of the head. He puts Saturn's left arm in an armbreaker not realizing how close to the ropes they are. Saturn quickly grabs the bottom rope and Jameson is forced to release him. Jameson picks up Saturn once again and powerbombs him into the turnbuckle. Jameson continues to torture Saturn putting him in a tree of woe and repeatedly kicking him in the face, the audience's boos only continue to grow, at this point Jameson doesn't care. He finally drops Saturn from the tree of woe directly onto his head once again sending a flurry of punches Saturn's way. Jameson begins grounding his knee into Saturn's face, then into his arm. He picks up Saturn and prepares him for another powerbomb before Saturn elbows Jameson in the head, Jameson drops Saturn and stumbles back a bit. He and Saturn stare each other down for a second before Saturn spits in his face. Jameson responds to this by picking him up and powerbombing him. Jameson starts to hit Saturn with tons of suplexes, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Saturn begins crawling over to the corner but Jameson halts him by stomping down on his arm. Jameson drags Saturn to the corner and begins stomping at him, he stands Saturn up and lines him againt the ropes before backing away and delivering a running shoulderblock. He then follows that up with a knee drop. [Commercial Break]Jameson stands tall again, looking down in disgust at Saturn as he waves his arms to boos from the fans. Jameson clasps his hands together and makes a motion before slashing his arms through the air, calling for the end. He's going to be looking for the Satan's Wings here and the fans know it. "The Real Horror" grabs Saturn by the hair and pulls him in, standing for a moment and showboating again, mocking his opponent. As Jameson goes to hook the arms, however, Saturn shows a burst of energy, breaking his arms free and pulling his head out from between Jameson's legs, pulling Jameson legs and tripping him up, sending him down on his back! Saturn has his legs hooked and he's trying to pull him over into the Saturn's Walls! Saturn wrenches, trying to turn Jameson over, but Jameson tries to fight and twist the opposite way! The weakened arm of Saturn continues to be an issue, as you can see him struggling to hold Jameson's leg, but "The Charismatic Killer" lays boots into the side of Jameson, causing him to lose his fight a bit and Saturn manages to pull him over into the Walls once again! Saturn tries to place his knee into the back of Jameson and is looking for the submission, but once again his arm has sustained a lot of damage and is giving him trouble. Jameson yells out with a primal desperation, pulling himself up and he manages to break his right leg free again. Saturn loses his posture and Jameson actually shows just how strong his legs are, twisting and pulling Saturn down in a great show of technical ability! Saturn has hit the mat here, and Jameson twists him in and locks him up, applying the PAINKILLER AS THE FANS ARE ON THEIR FEET! Saturn has lost control of things just like that, and now it's time to see what he's made of, as he's caught right in the center of the ring! How can that arm possibly hold up, as it's being chickenwinged and wrenched; his neck is being pulled in a very bad way! And yet, Saturn shows no signs of quit here, driving his heels in and yelling out, moaning in agony as he tries to drag his own weight and the weight of "The White Devil" He pulls with his feet, pushing against the canvas before reaching, reaching for the bottom rope, reaching for any relief. He continues this as Jameson pulls back, trying to finally end this match, but he can't feel Saturn's spirit breaking and it's frustrating as Hell! Saturn continues pushing and reaching until he finally, after maybe exhausting every bit of energy he had left in his body, reaches the ropes to break the hold. While Saturn is clearly hurting and worn out, Jameson isn't looking that much better, as it takes a lot of energy to hold a grown man down and he did so for the better part of a minute there. Jameson slowly gets to his feet as Saturn tries to hold the bottom rope and pull himself up. The referee puts himself between the two competitors, trying to allow Saturn to get off the ropes before Jameson continues, but Jameson forcefully shoves the referee out of the way, rushing and grabbing Saturn by the waist, ripping him off the ropes and rolling, delivering the CHAOS THEORY! Jameson doesn't have the energy to bridge the hold, but Saturn lands on the back of his head and shoulder all the same, and this really looks like the end is near. Jameson sits, sweat dripping and looking devious here, as he is clearly over this match and wants to put an end to this. Jameson gets up and makes a sort of Lex Luger-esque motion as he's calling for the Torture Rack, maybe? Looking at his repertoire, he must be thinking Hellhammer here, but he only uses that in desperation. I guess James Saturn has pushed him to this point, and now he's pulling out his biggest move to get the job done. Jameson goes to Saturn, who's up to a knee, and sends a knee into his chest as he pulls him up. Jameson proceeds to fire off MACHINE GUN CHOPS TO SATURN'S CHEST, ONE AFTER THE OTHER, AS HE LEANS AGAINST THE ROPES! Sweat and blood is exploding off of Saturn as Jameson lays into him with this onslaught, before Jameson rushes and grabs Saturn, pulling him into the center of the ring and lifting up into the Torture Rack! Jameson holds it for a moment, letting the pain sink in, before letting go with his right arm and trying to send Saturn into the air and down onto his head, but Saturn shows that amazing resilience we've seen all match, landing on his feet next to Jameson, who seems a bit staggered. BICYCLE KNEE STRIKE FROM SATURN! JAMESON IS KNOCKED OUT ON HIS FEET, AND SATURN ROLLS HIM UP WITH A SCHOOL BOY! ONE... TWO... THREE! JAMES SATURN PINS NICK JAMESON, AND HE'S WON THE MATCH! WINNER VIA PINFALL: JAMES SATURN
What a war here, as Jameson rolls on the mat, having no real idea what happened. Saturn sits with his knees up to his chest, bloodied and battered. The referee lifts his hand and Saturn regains his composure and the reality sinks in, and he looks excited! Saturn takes to the buckles and celebrates! Jameson pulls himself up and sees Saturn celebrating, and he rushes him from behind as he's on the buckles, low blowing him! Jameson pulls him off the buckles onto his shoulders, "FUCK YOU!!!" before DUMPING HIM ON HIS HEAD WITH THE HELLHAMMER! MY GOD, JAMES SATURN HAS BEEN LAID OUT! Nick Jameson is a loathsome piece of shit here with no class, as James Saturn just beat him in an absolute classic and he can't handle it. Jameson rolls from the ring, looking cold and sinister. Saturn is being helped by the referee here as the show comes to an end. [Show comes to an end]

"60 MINUTES OF FREEDOM" Aired on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 Taped on Saturday, April 14, 2018 [60 Minutes of Freedom Opening Video] [Commentary team opens the show] [Commercial Break] IN RING SEGMENT As Sixty Minutes of Freedom comes back from a commercial, a local enhancement talent stands alone in the ring, looking at the ramp excitedly. They seem...a bit more heavy duty than the usual brand of jobber, but still show signs of inexperience of youth. As they wait for their opponent, the lights in the arena go off, with white pulses of light beginning around the arena while the tron projects a static-filled screen filled with flashing images and drawings of different skulls. The pulsing of lights go along with the song ‘Hardcore’ by Reignwolf, before finally, the pulsing stops and a single spotlight fills the ring, illuminating a figure standing before the jobber. She wears a fully-black set of ring gear with patches and insignias all over a sleeveless sweatshirt she wears, as well as a mask that looks like a broken skull. Karlson pulls the mask off, and drops it in the ring, before dropping the sweatshirt on top of it. She beckons the man to get into a fighting position, and the jobber points at her for a moment, surprised, before the bell rings and the match starts. The jobber goes to lock up with Karlson, but she quickly overpowers him, getting him in a headlock and kneeing him in the gut a few times to double him over. She stops for a moment, and executes a backstabber on the jobber, dropping him to the ground and standing over him, stalking him. She lines herself up in the corner as the jobber starts to get up, and lands a violent running knee to the side of his head, flooring him and sending him straight back down. She shakes her knee for a moment, and stalks the man, before rushing him. She locks him in the Chronic Illness, tweaking his knee and arm and tearing at them, causing the man pain, but switching over to the Creeping Death and beginning to tweak the man’s back and spine. He lasts a mere five seconds before tapping out, and the bell rings to announce Karlson as the winner, but she keeps the hold for only a moment longer before releasing it. She slides over to the corner, basking in the crowd as her music plays, and gently bowing. However, as she is about to leave, her music stops and Graham Baker’s music plays. The crowd goes wild as Graham comes out, and picks a microphone up. Baker: “Elizabeth Karlson. Thought i’d seen the last of you, but here we are. Glad FPW gave you a shot...but now you’re gonna give me one. Last two matches we had back in CZW, you beat me. Now? I want a rematch.” Elizabeth looks around the arena, and the crowd gets louder and louder as they consider what Baker’s proposed. Finally, she picks a microphone of her own up. Karlson: “I’m not too winded after that short contest, so you’ve got it.” The crowd goes wild as Karlson picks up her gear and heads to the back, and Karlson v. Baker is set for later in the show... [In Ring Segment: Nick Jameson lays down an open challenge for his Hardcore title, and Davis Reynolds accepts. They have an altercation in the ring.] MATCH ONE FREEDOM PRO WRESTLING HARDCORE TITLE Davis Reynolds vs. "The Real Horror" Nick Jameson (c) Hardcore Rules
The bell has sounded and Jameson has already had to dodge some projectiles, throwing him off a bit. Reynolds rushes Jameson, who's near the corner, and connects with a low knee strike to send "The Real Horror" into the buckles! Reynolds unloads a few right hands before grabbing Jameson by the wrist and whipping him across the ring, following closely after and catching him with another Running Knee in the corner to his midsection. Reynolds presses his shoulder into him and motions to the crowd quickly before whipping Jameson back to the other side of the ring and rushing again, and AGAIN connecting with a Kneestrike in the corner, this one a bit higher than the last! Jameson realizes he is in trouble and the champion escapes through the ropes to the outside, staggered from the onslaught. Reynolds doesn't waste any time, though, and heads up the buckles, looking a bit wobbly, but he flings himself out, delivering a SPIRAL TAP PLANCHA TO THE STANDING JAMESON ON THE OUTSIDE! Big move early here, and Reynolds takes advantage of the Hardcore rules, pinning Jameson on the outside. The referee takes a few seconds to get in position as Reynolds is yelling profanities, telling him to hurry. ONE... T- Jameson kicks out and tries to roll away from Reynolds. Reynolds stalks Jameson now, grabbing him by the head and laying into him with a few more right hands, but Jameson gets to his feet and grabs Reynolds by the arm and sends him shoulder first into the turnpost! Reynolds crashes into the guardrail, holding his left shoulder, but Jameson isn't done. "The White Devil" grabs Reynolds by the head and flings him sideways, sending him ribs first into the guardrail now! Jameson stumbles and shakes the cobwebs off before yelling at the fans, who are booing and chanting negatively towards him. The champion turns his attention back to Reynolds, who is up to a knee, and sends a kick into his ribs. Jameson proceeds to hammerlock Reynolds left arm and rams him arm/shoulder first into the guardrail! Reynolds rolls on the crowd, clutching his left shoulder that has taken a lot of damage already, but Jameson isn't through. Jameson reaches over the railing, taking a steel chair from one of the fans and threatening to smack them with the back of his hand, getting even louder boos. Jameson uses the chair to smack Reynolds on the back towards his left side, catching his arm/shoulder in the process, doing further damage! Jameson rolls Reynolds and puts the chair on top of him, trying to pin him down and tells the referee to count. ONE... TWO- Reynolds manages to wiggle out from under the chair to break the count. Jameson stands up and yells at the referee for a slow count. [Commercial Break]
Reynolds is pulling himself up on the apron now. Jameson wields the chair back and looks to lay into Reynolds with it, but Reynolds manages to send a thrust kick into his midsection, stopping the attack before it can happen and loosening Jameson's grip on the chair. Reynolds delivers a clubbing blow to the back of Jameson, sending him doubling over the guardrail. From there, Reynolds hops up onto the apron and then jumps off, utilizing a Frog Splash-style Crossbody across the back of Jameson, smashing his chest into the guardrail! Jameson is hurting, clutching his chest, but he's still on his feet. Reynolds stalks Jameson as he stumbles before running and coming up behind him, catching him with a Running Laws of Gravity onto the floor! Reynolds hooks the leg deep here, banging his head with the count as he looks to take the title here! ONE... TWO... TH- No! Jameson kicks out, and he's hurting while Reynolds is visibly disappointed. Reynolds stands up and walks over to the rail, leaning on it and talking with the fans, pointing at Jameson and asking if they want him to end it. Jameson pulls himself back up and sees Reynolds mocking him and becomes incensed. "The Sexecutioner" rushes Reynolds, who sees it coming and leaps up. Reynolds tries to take Jameson over with a Huracanrana, but Jameson shows his strength, blocking it! Jameson dead lifts Reynolds back up and twists, POWERBOMBING HIM INTO THE APRON! Reynolds is rolling on the floor now, holding his back in agony! Jameson is now yelling at the crowd, telling them he's about to end Reynolds for good! Jameson goes under the ring and grabs a table! The fans are cheering now, because who doesn't love tables? Jameson sets the table up as Reynolds is trying to pick himself up on the guardrail. Jameson walks over to Reynolds now, feeling confident. Jameson grabs him by the injured left arm and twists it, sending a few elbows into it for good measure to shake him up before pulling him. Jameson hops up on the apron and pulls Reynolds by the arm. Jameson lets go and grabs Reynolds by the head, but Reynolds shocks him, hitting a leaping Kneestrike that connects on the jaw! Jameson is staggered, turning away. Reynolds shakes his head and gets a wild look on his face before bursting and leaping, catching the back of Jameson's head with his legs and pulling him down with a POISONED RANA OFF THE APRON, AND THEY SMASH THROUGH THE TABLE ON THE OUTSIDE! HOLY SHIT CHANTS ECHO THROUGHOUT THE VENUE! Reynolds has to compose himself, as he took a pretty bad spill on that one, but Jameson looks more out of it, obviously. Reynolds pushes away the wreckage to cover the champion, and he's got it here! ONE... TWO... THR-NO! Jameson kicks out, and he's trying to land elbows and punches to Reynolds to little effect from below, but it's clear he's not trying to give up the fight. Reynolds raises his hands to protect himself before laying into Jameson with punches of his own, and these two are having a war! Reynolds lifts up Jameson and sends him into the ring. Reynolds showboats to the crowd, trying to get them behind him and they are chanting his name! Reynolds grabs a chair and then slides into the ring. Reynolds lays into Jameson's midsection with the chair before tossing it down and then whipping Jameson into the buckles. Reynolds rushes in and lays a shoulder into Jameson's midsection before lifting him up and onto the top turnbuckle. From there, Reynolds hooks him in and is looking for a Superplex onto the chair below, but the champion blocks it! He then lands a few hard shots with his right hand and then a head butt, before hooking Reynolds in. What is he doing... the fans hold their breath... SATAN'S WINGS OFF THE TOP ROPE ONTO THE CHAIR BELOW! DAVIS REYNOLDS IS OBLITERATED! Jameson takes a moment to gather himself, but he makes the cover and the fans count along here... ONE... TWO... THREE! Nick Jameson retains the title! Winner, and STILL FPW Hardcore Champion: NICK JAMESONJameson rips his title away from the referee and yells into the crowd that he is unstoppable and James Saturn is next! [Commercial Break]
MATCH TWO Graham Baker vs. "Black Death" Elizabeth Karlson Submission Match - No Rope-Breaks
Graham Baker does his full entrance as he walks out to the crowd for Sixty Minutes of Freedom, playing to the crowd as he does so. The machine gun staccato fires as he enters the ring, leaning against the corner turnbuckles and watching the entrance ramp. Baker leans on the ropes and waits for his opponent to make their entrance, and the lights go out. Lights around the arena begin to pulse on-and-off white as ‘Hardcore’ by Reignwolf plays, and a smile can be seen on Baker’s face while the entrance occurs. He steps out of the ring, and moments later, as the song intensifies, Elizabeth Karlson appears in the ring, a single spotlight on her. She pulls her mask off, and faces Baker down, taking off her sweatshirt and running her hands down her gear before inviting Baker back into the ring. Baker re-enters the ring as the lights go back up, with the referee standing in the ring. The two face one another down, and Baker offers his hand for a handshake. Karlson stares at it for a moment, both eyes having white contacts, and she hesitantly shakes it. The two step back from one another, before they lock-up. They end up in a stalemate, before Karlson takes advantage of the situation and knees Baker in the gut, attempting to follow her knee with a bicycle knee-strike before Baker manages to shove her off and whip her into the turnbuckle. She’s winded for a moment as Baker rushes up to her, but he stops short of hitting her and taps her lightly on the shoulders, cracking a cocky smile and eliciting a laugh from the crowd. Karlson responds, quickly, by slapping Baker across the face, dazing him and sending him back as the crowd laughs once again. She follows up with a swift kick to Baker’s gut and then another to the back of his leg, dropping him to a knee before locking his arm in a hammerlock position. She forces Baker down, and begins working his dominant left arm over as the screen fades to black and Sixty Minutes of Freedom cuts to commercial break. [Commercial Break]
As Sixty Minutes of Freedom comes back, Karlson still has Baker in the Hammerlock position, but Baker manages to fight out of it by freeing his other arm and elbowing her repeatedly in the torso. Eventually, she relents on her hold, and Baker hits the ropes, bouncing off and hitting Karlson with a springboard dropkick. As she goes down, Baker quickly goes to work and tries to lock in the Emergency Landing, but she reverses it, drilling Baker with another knee to the torso. She hits Baker with a codebreaker, dropping him, and quickly going to the top rope for a double stomp. Again, getting Baker down, she goes for the Chronic Illness, targeting his weakened arm and knee, pulling them into a vicious dual-submission, but Baker is too quick, fighting and forcing Karlson down to a kneebar, which she quickly turns into an Indian Deathlock. Baker struggles and writhes in pain, knowing he can’t go for the ropes, and opts to kick at Karlson, struggling against the hold and eventually forcing her to relent. Baker again responds with a vicious dropkick that she avoids, but he gives her no quarter and sets up for a springboard lariat, hitting her viciously and sending her to the mat. He grabs her in position for a German Suplex, and slams her down into the mat, following through with another, and another. Finally, frustrated, Baker locks in the Emergency Landing. Karlson finally shows signs of pain, struggling against Baker’s grasp and attempting to escape while Baker shows his control. He works the crowd for a moment, cracking a toothy grin while keeping Karlson pinned to the mat, and working her arm. Sixty Minutes of Freedom cuts to commercial as Baker tightens the hold. When we return again, Karlson looks close to submitting before she suddenly breaks Baker’s hold and elbows him in the face. She stands away from the dazed Baker, and, showing great strength, hits him with a Rolling Fireman’s Carry, before attempting a Hail To The King on Baker, who responds to her choke attempt with a stiff slap to the face. As she drops him, however, she’s quick to respond and not let Baker get his quarter, grabbing his leg and locking in another Indian Deathlock. Baker crawls toward the ropes, but, aware that he’s unable to use ropebreaks, forces himself to power through as Karlson drags him back toward the center of the ring. Baker’s able to reverse the tension of the Indian Deathlock through a bit of teeth-gritting and working through the pain, and eventually gets his leg free with a bit of kicking and struggling. However, he realizes he’s on borrowed time, as Karlson’s kneebar and repeated deathlocks on his right leg and early hammerlock on his right arm have given him a notable disadvantage. Baker looks for a way to end the match quickly and begins considering other submissions as Karlson gets back to her feet, facing Baker down and staring at him. The two circle one another, before locking up once again, with Baker getting the advantage and sweeping Karlson’s legs out from beneath her. As she hits the mat, Baker goes for the top-rope, but his leg gives out as he goes to do so, sending him back to the mat himself and giving Karlson a moment to attempt to get the advantage. However, as she aims a jumping knee at Baker, he presses his own advantage and locks in a snap Emergency Landing! He brings Karlson to the mat, tweaking her already-weakened arm and taking advantage of the situation, but his own injured leg prevents him from locking in the hold as well as he could. Pain rocks his body, and we cut to commercial as both Karlson and Baker look to be in immense pain! [Commercial Break] Karlson wrenches Baker’s arm, and Baker starts to fade, but for a moment she seeks to get more leverage, going for the ropes to execute the final killshot on Baker. However, this action exposes her, and Baker manages to break the triangle, gasping for air as he goes across the ring. He breathes, and Karlson again attempts to capitalize, going for a third-and final-Indian Deathlock, but Baker responds with a fierce kick to Karlson’s chest with his unwounded leg! He gets back to the ropes, and executes a sloppy, yet effective Springboard Dropkick to Karlson’s torso, sending her to the ground! With one final chance, Baker looks at Karlson, considering where he’s going to go from here. Karlson gets back to her feet, and beckons Baker to come in for a lockup, although both are unsteady on their feet. As Baker moves forward, however, Karlson goes for a knee-strike AND BAKER REVERSES IT! BAKER SLAMS KARLSON INTO THE MAT AND LOCKS IN THE EMERGENCY LANDING ON HER INJURED ARM! KARLSON’S CLOSE TO TAPPING OUT, BUT SHE STRUGGLES TO THE ROPES! THERE ARE NO ROPE BREAKS HERE, BUT SHE ESCAPES AS SHE FORCES BAKER’S ARM AWAY! Baker gets in position for a suicide dive as Karlson holds her arm, but she quickly moves out of the way and rolls back into the ring, catching Baker off guard and taking him down with a vicious leg-sweep! She traps Baker’s leg with another Indian Deathlock, but transitions it quickly to a knee-bar, before going for Baker’s arm! Baker struggles, and looks close to tapping out himself as she tweaks his already injured leg! Karlson locks her hold in tighter! However, as she’s doing so, a masked figure hits the ring! Karlson’s too occupied with Baker to see the figure as he rails a BRUTAL KNEE STRIKE TO HER FACE! SHE RELEASES THE HOLD, AND BAKER ROLLS AWAY AS THE FIGURE STANDS OVER HER! THE BELL RINGS-THIS MATCH IS A NO CONTEST! Result: No ContestThe first pulls his mask off to reveal Marcus Allen Jones, and as Karlson tries to get back to her feet, he knocks her over and plants his foot on her throat. He screams vitriol at her, and is distracted as Graham Baker gets back to his feet, attempting to make the save for Karlson. As he does so, however, MAJ drills Baker in the abdomen and hits him with a Six Star Ripchord knee! Baker drops to the ground, and Marcus spits on him before turning back and pulling Karlson back to her knee. He grabs Karlson’s face in his hands, taunting her, before she spits back in his face. Angered, MAJ responds with a brutal superkick to Karlson’s face, going to lock in the Sharpshooter and complete the Mark-treal Screwjob...but he stops, as Karlson’s not worth it, planting his foot on the back of Karlson’s head and holding his hands up in victory to end the show... [Show End]

“Afterlife” hit as Jace Mason makes the entrance for his open challenge.
Mike Watson(MW): “I’m very interested to see who responds to Jace’s challenge, it could be anyone from the FPW roster.
Steven Deville(SD): “Maybe no one will show up, I can’t see why anyone would waste their time facing a nobody like Mason here.”
MW: “I’m sure someone will take the time out of their schedule to have a match here tonight. Now it’s time to find out who.”
“Afterlife” faded out as Jace waited in the ring to see who his opponent would be. There was a pause, and then “Treebarkboy” by 45ACIDBABIES played over the speakers. John Grimm emerged from backstage, his face hidden by his glasses and bandana.
SD: “Well I guess I was wrong. Someone actually did decide to waste their time with an easy victory here tonight.”
MW: “Could you say that first part again?”
SD: “Shut up.”
The chorus of the song kicked in as Grimm posed in the center of the ring. The song cut out as Grimm pulled off his glasses and bandana. Jace, who had exited the ring to allow Grimm to have the spotlight, now climbed back in. He extended a hand for John to shake before the bell rang. John hesitated for a moment, staring at Jace, before he relented and shook his hand.
“A nice show of respect between the two men here tonight.” Mike said as they backed into opposite corners of the ring.
The bell rang and Jace and John met in the center. They tied up, and Jace quickly took control with a side headlock. He wrenched on John’s head on neck for a moment before John broke free by landing a set of punches to Jace’s midsection. Jace let go and backed up a few steps. Grimm tried to capitalize by swinging a hook at Mason’s head, but Jace caught his arm and quickly locked in a wristlock. A look of surprise came across John’s face, and then one of pain as Jace tightened the lock. He eventually broke free by stomping on Mason’s foot. Jace relinquished his grip on John’s arm, and John gabbed Jace’s arm and whipped him to the ropes, catching him with a big boot on the rebound.
SD: “Grimm dropping into the first cover of the match.”
1!..Jace kicked out. Grimm pulled him to a sitting position, then ran, hit the ropes and connected with a penalty kick to the back of Jace’s head. Then he pulled Jace to his feet and whipped him again, this time to the corner. John followed it up by stalking in after him and lights up his chest with a powerful chop.
John paused as the crowd gave an appreciative ‘WOO’, then went for another chop. But Jace stepped out of the way and shoved him into the corner, then utilizing a chop of his own. The crowd let out another ‘WOO’ as John nodded at Jace while rubbing his chest.
MW: “A bit of respect from one striker to another.”
Jace put his fists up and took a couple steps back, motioning for John to bring it. Grimm obliged, stepping out of the corner and swinging a hook towards Mason’s head. But Jace ducked and lashed out with a kick to John’s leg. John stumbled ever so slightly before countering with a jab, Jace ducked again and caught him with an uppercut. John took a step back before throwing a devastatingly fast cross. Jace somehow avoided it and connected with a spinning gut kick. He took a step back, aimed a kick at John’s leg and stepped forward again. But John met him with a fist to the stomach. Jace doubled over and John lifted him with a snap suplex, sending his body crashing to the mat. Grimm pressed his advantage by wrapping his arm around jace’s midsection and lifting him up.
SD: “Amazing power on display from John Grimm as he connects with the deadlift sit-out powerbomb! Now holding Jace’s shoulders down.”
1!...2!.Kick-out!
Jace made to get back to his feet, but John held him down and locked in a grounded side headlock.
SD: “Grimm’s not exactly known for his technical wrestling ability, but you don’t have to be a master to lock your opponent in such a hold.”
MW: “You have a point there, Grimm is doing a good job of holding Mason in place”
Every time it looked like Mason was about to escape, John pulled him back down, often with the assistance of one or more punches to the head. But Jace eventually lifted his hips and caught John’s head between his legs, pulling his weight off of himself. But instead of holding on, he let go and stood up, beating John to his feet and catching him with a back elbow strike. But Grimm retaliated by catching him with a powerful uppercut, then followed it up with a discus elbow strike that knocked Jace off his feet.
Before John could go for a pin, Jace rolled to the outside to recover. Jace utilized the referee’s ten-count to catch his breath before rolling back into the ring before the count of six. The two stared at each other for a moment before Jace made the first move, pulling John’s legs out from under him.”
MW: “Jace going for that single leg crab!”
SD: “Grimm panicking a little as he quickly gets to the bottom rope, I don’t think he wants to get involved in a technical exchange.”
Jace had let go when John grabbed the rope and now allowed his opponent to get back to his feet. John made the first move, catching Jace with a kick to the gut, then secured a front facelock. He went for a vertical suplex, but Jace checked it. Jace then worked his head free of the facelock and drove John’s head to the mat with a DDT. He tried to quickly follow up with a knee drop, but John rolled out of the way. Jace was one knee, ready to get back to his feet when John smashed his knee into Jace’s head. He capitalized on his opponent’s staggered state by tossing Jace across the ring with an exploder suplex. He then pulled Jace ot his feet, making sure he was too staggered to interfere in whatever he was planning. Then John ran, stepped up onto the middle rope and then threw himself backwards, looking for a back elbow on the dazed Mason.
But Jace ducked under the attack and ran to the ropes, springboarding off the middle one and going for a disaster kick! This time Grimm ducked under the attack, allowing Jace’s momentum to carry him forward. Then he wrapped his arms around Jace’s waist, trapping his arms at the same time, and lifted him with a straight jacket german suplex!
MW: “John Grimm now looking to transition into the ripcord roundhouse kick to finish the Goodnight Kiss.”
Grimm successfully spun Jace around, but before he could hit the roundhouse, Jace stepped in close and threw him to the mat with an STO!
MW: “Brilliant counter by Jace Mason! Now climbing the turnbuckles, possibly looking for the shooting star press.”
But whatever Jace was looking for, Grimm prevented it, staggering Jace with a blistering chop to the chest. Then, taking advantage of Jace’s perch, John began to scale the turnbuckles himself.
MW: “John Grimm’s looking for a superplex!”
SD: “And he hit it! Now going for the cover!”
1!...2!..Jace kicked out!
A look of disappointment came over Grimm’s face before he pulled Jace to his feet and whipped him to the corner.
Grimm walked to the opposite corner and plays to the crowd for a moment before running across the ring and crushing Jace with a clothesline. He repeats this process twice more, running to the opposite corner to build momentum before running back and flattening Jace in the corner. He went to do it a fourth time, but this time Jace followed him out of the corner! As Grimm turned around, Jace stepped onto the middle rope with his left foot and brought his right knee up to collide with John’s chin. He tossed John’s limp form to the mat and began to climb the turnbuckles again. Perched upon the top turnbuckle one more time, Jace pointed at the supine John Grimm and looked to different parts of the crowd. Hearing them cheer, he smiled and nodded, before flying through the air and landing the shooting star press!
MW: “Jace Mason got all of that shooting star press after a failed first attempt. Now hooking Grimm’s leg for the pin.”
1!...2!..Grimm kicks out!
Now Jace rolls John over, lifting his leg and then smashing his knee into the canvas. John visibly winces, and Jace does it again, slamming the knee into the floor of the ring. Then Jace pulled him to his feet, whipped him to the ropes and knocked him back down with a dropkick to the knee.
MW: “Jace really focusing on that knee at this stage in the match. I think he remembers John’s fear when he was trapped in the half crab earlier, and he’s going to try and capitalize on that,”
Now Jace lifted John in a fireman’s carry position, but John squirmed free and dropped Jace with a german suplex. He stumbled to the corner, holding himself up with the aid of the top rope. Then he turned around motioning for Jace to get up. When Jace finally rose to his feet, John ran out from the corner and connected with a running corkscrew elbow!
SD: “Cover!”
1!...2!.Kick-out!
Now John grabs Jace around the waist and lifting him into position for Ol’ Reliable. But Jace kicked and struggled, eventually shifting his weight do that he was on his feet, with Grimm bent over backwards.
SD: “Mason's hesitating here. I think that for all his studying, he's unsure what to do in this position.”
After a brief hesitation, Jace turned John over and locked in a front facelock. Then he lifted him up and brought him back down with a falcon’s arrow. Not wasting any time, he lifted John from the mat and whipped him to the ropes. He crouched slightly, ready to deliver the Extra Credit on the rebound. But before Jace could hit the move, John accelerated and turned him inside out with a massive shoulder tackle. John lifted Jace to his feet and tucked his head to prepare for a powerbomb. He pointed at the corner turnbuckle, calling his shot. But before he could lift his opponent to deliver the buckle bomb, Jace pulled his legs out from under him. Maintaining his grip on the leg he previously targeted, Jace stepped through into the single leg crab!
MW: “Jace going back to that leg, and it’s in the middle of the ring this time! John’s got nowhere to go!”
John struggled, desperately reaching for the bottom rope. But Jace sat deep on the half crab, and John taps out! The referee calls for the bell and Jace lets go of the hold.
MW: “An excellent match here tonight. And while John Grimm put on a great performance, congratulations must be given to Jace Mason, who laid down the challenge and was able to overcome the mystery opponent and secure his first victory here in FPW.”
SD: “I hope we see a lot more from both these men in the future, what an epic match here tonight.”

The intro for “Afterlife" began and the crowd, remembering Jace’s previous match, started cheering. The intro finished and Jace Mason emerged. He walked down the ramp, high-fiving the outstretched hands and pausing to talk some trash with a fan that was giving him a big thumbs-down. He made his way into the apron and posed on the middle turnbuckle before jumping back into the ring.
Jace begins to warm up in the ring as he waits to see who will respond to his open challenge. And then “My Last Breath” hits and James Saturn appears at the top of the ramp. He makes his entrance while the commentary team breaks down the match.
Mike Watson(MW): This should be a very good match. James Saturn is a renowned high-flyer, while Jace Mason is known more for his precision striking and technical acumen, but we have seen him take to the skies before.”
Steven Deville(SD): We know that Saturn is going to fly and try to keep a fast pace. And while Jace is normally a fast-paced competitor as well, I think his best strategy would be to slow the match down and work with his technical ability.”
Saturn’s music ends and Jace steps forward with his hand outstretched. James smirks at the gesture, but accepts the handshake. The two wrestlers back into their respective corners before the ref calls for the match to start. The bell rings and Saturn immediately charges out and drops Jace to the mat with a clothesline. Jace quickly spins and extends a leg, keeping Saturn in front of him and preventing him from going for a pin. James just smirks and shows off for the crowd as Jace gets back to his feet.
The two close the distance and Jace tries to initiate a lock-up, but Saturn just sidesteps and walks across the ring, shaking his head with a smile on his face. Jace turns around and is visibly frustrated. He attempts another lock-up, and Saturn moved to sidestep again. But Jace was ready this time and caught him with a back elbow strike. As James stumbled slightly, Jace pressed his advantage and connected with a quick one-two combo. He followed it up with a snapmare before running to the ropes to build momentum for a penalty kick. But James threw himself backward to duck below the kick. He then kips up as Jace turns around and gives him an appraising look.
MW: “I think James Saturn may have underestimated the striking prowess of his opponent tonight.”
The wrestlers began to circle each other. James Saturn made the first move, lunging forward and connecting with a cross chop. He whipped Jace to the ropes and hit a dropkick on the rebound. He climbed to the top rope and dove, looking to connect with an elbow drop. Jace rolled out of the way, but before he could take control of the match, James rushed in and landed a running knee strike directly on his chin, then dropped into a cover!
1!...2!.Kick-out!
As James let go of the cover, Jace rolled onto the apron and began using the ropes to pull himself back to his feet. But right when he got back to a vertical base, James hit him with another dropkick that launched him off the apron and crashing to the floor. Saturn hit the ropes and raced across the ring towards Jace.
SD: “Saturn looks like he’s about to fly!”
But instead of diving to the outside, James backflipped off of the middle rope and landed on his feet in the middle of the ring. He started making a show for the crowd as Jace got back to his feet outside the ring. But as James turned to face another section of the crowd, Jace rolled into the ring behind him. Jace turned Saturn around and lifted him onto his shoulders to hit the fireman’s carry neckbreaker. Somehow though, James Saturn was able to land on his feet!
SD: “Saturn has had a counter for everything Jace has gone for in this match. Jace is going to have to change his strategy if he hopes to come out with another win.”
James hit an inverted atomic drop on Jace then pulled his legs out to try and lock in Saturn’s Walls. But as he adjusted his hands, Jace reached up and pulled Saturn’s head down, tucking it between his legs and locking in a triangle!
MW: “This time it’s Jace with the counter!”
Saturn kicked his legs and flailed his free arm, clearly surprised to be caught in a submission. He managed to rotate his body and just put his leg over the bottom rope. As the referee broke up the submission, James beat Jace to his feet and connected with a calf kick. With Jace flat on the mat, James took advantage and twisted Jace’s arm into a grounded hammerlock.
SD: “Now it’s James Saturn who’s using a bit of technical wrestling.”
MW: “I think he might regret that later. I don’t think James has the same experience in technical wrestling that Jace does.”
James managed to prove Mike wrong for some time, holding Jace’s arm in the lock despite his attempts to escape. “Give it up Jace!” he yelled, “there’s nowhere for you to go!”
But then it was James that was proven wrong, as Jace twisted his arm free and then trapped James in a rolling pin!
1!...2!..Kick-out!
MW: “Jace Mason coming that close to picking up his second consecutive win here on Sixty Minutes of Freedom.”
Undeterred by Saturn’s kick-out, Jace pulled him to his feet and locked in a front facelock. He attempted to lift Saturn with some form of suplex, but Saturn grabbed the top rope to hold himself in place and cause a rope break. Jace backed into the center of the ring as the ref separated him from James. James quickly ran at Jace, only to be caught by a superkick to the gut, followed up by a DDT from Jace Mason!
MW: “Cover!”
1!...2!.Kick-out!
This time Jace shook his head, looking disappointed that he couldn’t finish the match. But he quickly recovered from his disappointment and rose to his feet. He began to climb the turnbuckle, glancing at James to make sure he didn’t move.
SD: “What’s Mason looking for now?”
Jace answered Steven’s question by launching himself at the grounded form of James Saturn, knee positioned to crush James’s chest. But James rolled out of the way at the last second and as Jace awkwardly landed, he caught him with another running knee strike. He pulled Jace to his feet and whipped him into the corner, then followed him in and hit a corner clothesline.
MW: “Taking to the skies to not benefit Jace Mason in that exchange. Now James Saturn has taken control of the match.”
James pulled Jace out of the corner and began climbing the turnbuckles, maintaining a grip on Jace’s arm. He rose to the top rope and tightrope walked his way across a portion of it, then jumped and knocked Jace of his feet with a chop to the chest. He smirked at the audience as he lowered himself into a rather lazy cover, barely hooking one of Jace’s legs.
1!...2!.Kick-out!
Jace tried to sit up, but Saturn knocked him back down with a punch to the head. Then he began to climb the turnbuckles again.
SD: “I think James is looking for that Saturnsault, he’s ready for this match to be over.”
And sure enough, Saturn backflipped off the top turnbuckle, aiming to land across the supine form of The Eternal Student. But this time Jace rolled out of the way, getting to his feet before James and catching him with a step-up Enziguri as he stood up! Jace pulled Saturn to his feet and attempted to whip him to the ropes. But James reversed and sent Jace flying into the ropes. He went for a clothesline, but Jace ducked, hit the ropes and then caught him with a dropkick!
SD: “The action beginning to pick up pace late in this match.”
Urged on by the cheering crowd, Jace motioned for his opponent to get up. And as soon as Saturn was back on his feet, Jace spun and sank his foot into James’s stomach. He turned back around, took a step back, then stepped forwards and kicked out his leg, causing Saturn to drop to hands and knees. Jace hit the ropes and then drove both of his feet into Saturn’s head with a low dropkick!
MW: “Jace looking for a cover after that deadly combination of kicks.”
1!...2!..Kick-out!
Jace pulled Saturn to his feet and whipped him into the ropes one more time, ready to deliver the Extra Credit and finish the match. James tried to counter by going for another running knee strike, but Jace sidestepped the attack and was still able to hit his finisher on the next rebound! He hooked Saturn’s leg, looking for the win!
1!...2!..Saturn grabbed the ropes! The crowd went nuts as they took in what happened, and a moment later, Jace understood too. The match was still going, he hadn’t won.
MW: “That sidestep Jace took to avoid James’s knee brought him too close to the ropes, and Saturn was able to reach out and trigger the rope break!
SD: “If that pin had been farther from those ropes, Mason would have won this thing. Saturn’s barely moving.”
Jace began to pull James to his feet, but Saturn grabbed the back of his neck and dropped to his knees, staggering Jace with a jawbreaker! Jace stumbled backwards a few steps, and James dropped him to the mat with a enziguri! He hurriedly began to climb the turnbuckles once more.
Perched upon the top rope, James paused for a moment and smirked at the crowd.
MW: “James Saturn looking for the Saturnsault again.”
And once again, James Saturn launched himself into a backflip, only this time, he connected with Jace’s body. He went for the cover, hooking both legs this time.
1!...2!...3!
The referee calls for the bell and James gets to his feet and throws his hands in the air. “My Last Breath” begins to play over the speakers as James Saturn continues his celebration.
MW: “A hard-fought match from both men here tonight. Congratulations to James Saturn on picking up the win.”

“Afterlife” plays over the arena speakers and Jace makes his entrance. After losing his last match, he has a look of determination on his face, but that doesn’t stop him from smiling as he takes in the cheering fans.
Mike Watson(MW): “An interesting situation for Jace here tonight. He never knows who he’s competing against for these open challenges, but there’s even more mystery for this match.”
Steven Deville(SD): “That’s right Mike. With the Free-1 tournament continuing, I’d imagine that most of our roster members are going to be too busy either recovering or preparing to have another match here on Sixty Minutes of Freedom. It will be interesting to see if anyone comes to face Jace or if management was forced to find an outside competitor for tonight.”
Jace finished his entrance and “Afterlife” faded out from the speakers. He was in the process of warming up in the ring when “I’m So Sorry” by Imagine Dragons began to play. An unfamiliar wrestler appeared on the stage as a crewman hands a piece of paper to Mike Watson.
MW: “According to this information I’ve just been handed, this is Ryan Murdock, a renowned technical wrestler who is frequently seen on the northeastern U.S. independent scene.”
SD: “An interesting find here to compete against Jace, who we’ve seen use effective technical offense in his own right.I look forward to seeing how this match plays out.”
Ryan’s music ends and Jace steps forward to offer a handshake. Ryan accepts, giving Jace a polite nod. They back into their corners and the ref calls for the bell. The two tie up and jockey for position for a moment before Ryan sets up a wristlock. He wrenches on it for a moment, but then Jace twists free and transitions into a hammerlock. Ryan then wrenches his arm free and locks Jace in a side headlock. Jace struggles and backs Ryan into the ropes, hoping to build momentum to throw Ryan forward into the opposite ropes, but Ryan tightened his hold and stopped the momentum. Ryan then took advantage and hit a side headlock takeover, bringing Jace to the mat. Jace quickly trapped his opponent in a headscissors and pulled him off, but Ryan was able to bridge out.
As they got back to their feet and re-engaged, Jace pulled Ryan to the mat with his own side headlock takeover. Ryan wasted little time locking in his own headscissors, but when Jace tried to bridge out, Ryan was able to hold own, keeping Jace trapped. Jace kicked and struggled, but Ryan maintained control and, continuing to target Jace’s throat, first transitioned into a side headlock again, then pulled him to his feet and locked in a cravate hold.
MW: “The crowd showing their appreciation as Ryan Murdock takes the advantage after this technical exchange.”
Jace tried to fight his way out, but nothing he did loosened Ryan’s hold. Eventually, he maneuvered himself close enough to the ropes that he was able to reach out and grab hold, forcing the break.
Ryan respectfully let go of his hold and backed into the middle of the ring. Jace gave him a nod and the two began to circle each other. They locked up again, and Ryan again took control, this time with a wristlock. After a struggling for a moment, Jace pulled himself free and unleashed a knife-edge chop that caused Ryan to take a step back. Ryan looked down at his chest and then at Jace and gave a small nod. Then, quick as a snake, Ryan threw out a punch that caught Jace square on the jaw. As Jace stumbled back, Ryan threw another punch, but Jace was able to sidestep and connect with an uppercut. Not giving Ryan any time to recover, Jace whipped him to the ropes and caught him with a dropkick. Upon returning to his feet, Jace hesitated for just a moment before leaping into the air to attempt a knee drop, but Ryan rolled out of the way, and when Jace landed, he locked him in a crucifix for the first cover of the match.
1!...2!.Kick-out!
MW: “Murdock taking advantage of Jace’s momentary pause and managing to get a two count early in this match.”
As Jace rose to a sitting position, Ryan took control of his left arm, pulling the wrist up and over his shoulder. Jace’s expression quickly changed into one of pain as Ryan began to apply pressure to his forcibly bent elbow. But Jace used his free arm to connect with a series of back elbow strikes that caused Murdock to loosen his grip, which allowed Jace to squirm free and rise to his feet. Ryan rose to his feet a second later, and Jace rushed him, looking for a clothesline, but Ryan was able to duck. Jace rebounded off the ropes and Ryan dropped down, forcing Jace to step over him. Jace hit the opposite ropes and Ryan leapfrogged over him on the rebound. On the next rebound, Ryan threw Jace to the mat with an arm drag, then transitioned his grip to the previously targeted arm and wrenched on it, causing Jace to let out a short cry of pain.
SD: “Jace thought he’d escaped the punishment to his arm when he escaped Murdock’s earlier hold, but Ryan’s technical skills have brought him to almost the exact same position he was in earlier.”
But although Ryan was still forcing pressure on the arm, he now had much less control over the rest of Jace’s body. Jace was able to lift and twist his arm so that he was able to turn and face Ryan, isolating the arm that was grabbing him and locking in a triangle!
MW: “Triangle locked in by Jace Mason!”
Caught by surprise, Ryan clearly had some difficulty escaping for the first few moments. But as soon as he recovered from his shock, he quickly escaped, pulling his arm out of the choke throwing his momentum forward, transitioning into a jackknife cover! 1!...2!..Kick-out!
The two rose to their feet and paused for a moment, before Jace made the first move, swinging a right hook that staggered Ryan. He then whipped him to the ropes and went for a clothesline. But Ryan countered with a knee to the midsection, and followed it up with a snap suplex. Ryan rose to his feet and backed into the corner, motioning for Jace to stand up. As Jace rose, Ryan charged out of the corner, looking for a dropkick, but Jace sidestepped. Ryan quickly rose back to his feet and Jace whipped him into the corner, then followed him in with a big running knee strike. With Ryan staggered, Jace pulled him out of the corner, stepped onto the middle turnbuckle, turned and launched himself with a crossbody that took down Ryan.
SD: “An impressive combination of offense from Jace Mason, now going for the cover!”
1!...2!..Kick-out!
Refocusing his attention on his opponent’s legs, Jace flattened Ryan’s left leg and then repeatedly drove his knee into Ryan’s thigh.
MW: “Now Jace targeting his opponent’s leg, softening it up for that Single Leg Boston Crab we’ve seen him utilize before.”
Jace drove his knee into Ryan’s thigh one more time, then held it there, pinning the leg down. Then he grabbed Ryans ankle and wrenched, twisting the knee. This continued for several moments, as Jace applied more and more pressure to the knee, twisting it in a way that it was not made to be twisted. But eventually Ryan used his other leg to kick at Jace, forcing him to let go and giving Ryan time to roll to the outside and recover for a moment. Jace gets to his feet and decides not to pursue Ryan ot the outside.
SD: “I feel like this is a mistake from Jace. He’s forced a weakness on his opponent, he should be trying to capitalize on that instead of giving him time to recover. This is some of Jace’s inexperience showing.”
Ryan climbed back in and the two met in the center of the ring. Jace lashed out with a hook, but Ryan caught his wrist and ducked under the arm, forcing Jace to the mat with an arm wringer. Ryan maintained his grip on Jace’s wrist, isolating the arm, and then began driving his elbow into the exposed shoulder.
MW: “Ryan Murdock has really painted a target on those arms. He’s been going after them throughout the entirety of this match.”
As Jace began to fight his way free, Ryan abandoned his assault on the shoulder and instead pulled Jace to his feet, wrapping his arm around and driving him face-first into the mat with a hammerlock DDT!
SD: “Cover!”
1!...2!..Jace kicked out!
Wasting little time, Ryan pulled jace back to his feet and attempted to whip him into the corner. But Jace reversed and instead whipped Ryan into the opposite corner. He followed him in, looking for a clothesline, but Ryan sidestepped and redirected Jace, driving his throat into the top rope! As Jace staggered back, Ryan connects with a reverse DDT, then transitioned into a dragon sleeper!
MW: “And know we see the presence of mind that Ryan Murdock possess, taking advantage of something that he couldn’t have planned before it happened.
Jace struggles in the dragon sleeper but his movements are becoming slower and weaker as the choke drains the fight from him. But with one last surge of energy, he shifts his weight and drapes his foot over the bottom rope. Ryan breaks his hold and backs to the center of the ring as Jace rolls onto the apron.
SD: “You said presence of mind Mike, I say experience. You’re right that he couldn’t have planned Jace’s throat going into the rope, but it’s his experience that tells him just how to capitalize on the incident. And it’s that kind of experience that Jace Mason lacks at this stage in his career.”
Jace used the ropes to pull himself to his feet and was about to climb back in the ring when Ryan struck, catching him with a forearm smash before suplexing him into the ring. Ryan then rolled him over, locking his arms and flipping forward, locking in a cattle mutilation submission!
MW: “I’ve been told that this is Ryan’s signature submission, and that he calls it the Mur-Lock. This is why he was targeting those arms earlier in the match”
At that moment, Jace’s composure finally broke and he screamed in pain. He began twisting his body, trying to get his feet to the ropes. But Ryan increased the pressure and Jace’s efforts to escape were halted for a moment.
SD: “Jace is too far from those ropes to do anything, he’s going to have to tap.”
But Jace didn’t tap. Instead, he drove his head to the side, slamming it into Ryan’s. He did this again, and the pressure on his arms noticeably lessened. He did this one more time and Ryan was forced to release the submission.
MW: “Jace Mason finding a unique escape from the Mur-Lock!”
SD(restraining a chuckle): While a headbutt isn’t normally a move in Mason’s repertoire, desperate times do call for desperate measures.” Jace had rolled towards the middle of the ring upon escaping the submission and know was forced to duck as Ryan went for a clothesline. But Jace capitalized as Ryan rebounded and caught him with a back elbow strike. Seeing Ryan staggered, Jace whipped him to the ropes and connected with Extra Credit on the rebound! He almost went for the cover, then stopped and pulled Ryan further from the ropes, then dove into the cover!
1!...2!...3!
MW: “Mason wins it!”
“Afterlife” played over the speakers again as Jace rose to his feet. The ref raised his hand as Jace pumped his fist in celebration. But then the exhaustion of the match kicked in and Jace staggered to the ropes, using them to support himself. He nodded into the camera, a big smile on his face.
MW: “Congratulations to Jace Mason for picking up a hard fought victory, and a special thank you to Ryan Murdock for being willing to come out here and put on this amazing match.”
SD: “Mason clearly learned from his match against James Saturn, but he still has a lot to learn if he hopes to be a champion one day. Murdock came dangerously close to beating him on several occasions. But he still came out on top, so congratulations to Jace Mason!"

“Afterlife” began to play over the speakers and the fans cheered with excitement as the intro drew to a close and Jace Mason appeared on the stage. He nodded at the crowd before he began to walk down the ramp, high-fiving the outstretched hands.
Mike Watson(MW): “Jace Mason set for action here tonight against Graham Baker, but there’s a twist in this match. Baker has stated that if Mason can defeat him in under thirty minutes, then Baker will ensure he’s given a hardcore title shot after Tommy Storm.”
“Afterlife” faded from the speakers and was replaced by staccato machine gun fire as the intro for “Glory” began. Smoke began to flow across the stage as Graham Baker emerged. He made his entrance while the commentators continued to break down the match.
Steven Deville(SD): “With the possible exception of his match at Super Anniversary Party, this is easily the biggest match in Jace’s young career. The hardcore champion is willing to face him one on one, with the chance at a future title shot. Some people would kill for that opportunity, and our champion is giving it away. I hope Graham came prepared, since you can bet Jace will give it everything he’s got.”
Baker’s music faded out and he began taking off his jacket. He unstrapped his belt and held it in the air, pointing at it, then at Jace, before handing it to the referee. Jace stepped forward with his hand extended, and Graham shook it. The two backed into their respective corners, and the ref called for the bell.
They both advanced forward, Graham clearly looking for a tie-up, but Jace had other plans. He stepped in and locked in a side headlock, then quickly pulled Graham to the mat. He held his opponent there, wrenching on the neck before Graham pulled Jace off with a headscissors. Jace escaped and just managed to get to his feet before Graham. He took advantage of this by whipping Graham to the ropes. He placed himself between the rebounding Graham and the opposite ropes and flattened him with a back elbow strike, then hit the ropes himself and connected with a knee drop. He hooked Graham’s leg, making the first cover of the match.
1!.Kick-out!
MW: “Jace surprising Graham early on with this quick offense. Now pulling him to his feet and sending him into the corner.”
Jace followed Graham into the corner and struck with a knife-edge chop. He paused for a moment as the crowd responded with a loud “WOOO” and then repeated the attack, prompting another “WOOO” from the crowd. He then whips Graham across the ring into the other corner, then ran in after him, looking for a jumping knee strike. But at the last second, Graham moved out of the way and Jace’s knee was driven into the turnbuckle. As he stumbled back, Baker took advantage and brought him to the mat with a side russian leg sweep. As soon as Jace hit the floor, Graham turned him over and transitioned into a hammerlock.
MW: “Baker slowing the pace down after Jace exploded into this match with a hundred mile an hour pace.”
SD: “And notably, Baker is attacking the right shoulder with this hammerlock, the same shoulder that Ryan Murdock worked throughout Jace’s last match.”
Jace struggled for several moments as Baker cranked on his shoulder, but was eventually able to reach the bottom rope and force a break. Graham let go and backed into the center of the ring as Jace rolled to the outside. Graham motioned for Jace to get back in the ring as Jace rotated his shoulder, evaluating the damage. Jace climbed back into the ring and the two proceed to tie up. There was no jockeying for position as Graham quickly applied a wristlock, but he was only able to wrench on it once before Jace broke out and transitioned into a hammerlock. From there, he wrenched once before Graham broke free and locked in a front facelock. Before Graham could take advantage of his new hold, Jace pulled his head free and drilled Graham’s head to the mat with a DDT. Instead of going for another cover, Jace lifted Graham’s leg and drove his knee into the mat repeatedly. But as he went to lift it one more time Graham lashed out with his other leg and connected with Jace’s knee. Graham shot to his feet as Jace took a step back and brought Jace to the mat with a double leg takedown. But before Graham pressed his attack, Jace pulled his head down and brought his legs up, locking Graham in a triangle!
SD: “Brilliant move there by Jace, turning his opponent's attack into a quick submission.”
Although he was caught by surprise, Graham quickly turned his body and put his foot on the bottom rope. Jace unlocked the triangle and rolled back to his feet while Graham used the ropes to pull himself back to a vertical base. Jace took advantage of Graham’s proximity to the ropes and clotheslined him over the top and out of the ring.
Jace climbed out of the ring after him and looked around the ringside area, planning his next move. His eyes settle on the ring steps and he pulls Graham to his feet and whips him toward the steps. But before Graham ran into the steps, he jumped up and landed on top, then leapt off, turning around in midair and dropping Jace with a flying clothesline!
MW: “Unbelievable reversal by Graham Baker!”
SD: “If Graham had gone into those steps after Jace’s targeting of the knee earlier, it could have been a disaster, but Graham was able to turn it into an attack that swung the momentum of this match in his favor.”
Graham rolled his opponent back into the ring, then climbed in after him and dropped into a cover.
1!...2!.Kick-out!
Wasting little time, Graham pulled Jace to a sitting position and locked in a torturous hold, placing his knee between Jace's shoulders and pulling back on both arms. Jace's face contorted into a pained grimace as Graham applied increasing pressure to his shoulders. But that pained expression switched to one of determination as he began to work his way out of the hold. First he pulled his arms forward to lesson the pressure, then he lifted his arms and began to raise them over his head. But when his arms were straight up in the air and Graham's hold was essentially worthless, Graham switched to a full Nelson and pulled Jace to his feet, then tosses him over his head with a dragon suplex. And before Jace could begin any kind of escape, Graham bridged into the pin.
1!...2!..Jace reached over his head and grabbed the bottom rope!
Graham released his pin when the ref stopped counting and Jace used his grip on the bottom rope to pull himself out of the ring and began to rise to his feet on the apron. Graham quickly closed the distance again and applied a front facelock, then suplexed Jace back in the ring. He then floated over and was looking for another suplex variation when Jace pulled him into a small package!
1!...2..Kick-out!
Both wrestlers got back to their feet at almost the same time and hesitated, staring at each other while the crowd cheered. Then Graham threw a punch, a quick jab aimed right at Jace's head. Jace sidestepped and brought his fist up, rocking Graham with an uppercut. Then he brought Graham to the mat with a snapmare, then hit the ropes and flattened him with a penalty kick.
MW: “Jace retaking control of this match with that punishing penalty kick.”
But Jace wasn't done there, as he pulled Graham back to his feet and lifted him onto his shoulders. He turned to face a different section of the audience, but before he could hit the move, Graham squirmed free and landed on his feet behind Jace. He quickly threw on a waistlock and forced Jace forward into the ropes, then rolled back into an O’Connor roll, holding Jace's shoulders down for a pin.
1!...2!..Kick-out!
Graham stood up and as Jace rose to his feet, Graham intercepted and wrapped an arm around his throat, locking in a guillotine! Unprepared to be locked in a submission, Jace was quickly forced down to his knees. Graham lowered his stance as well, continuing to apply pressure to the choke. Jace tried to escape by pulling Graham's arm away, but the longer the choke was held on, the less strength Jace was able to muster and he was forced even lower.
But then, with an adrenaline fueled burst of strength, Jace pushed himself to his feet and pulled Graham into a fireman’s carry once again. He propelled Graham up and over, driving his knee into the back of Graham's neck. Graham staggered into the corner, clutching his neck. But this proved to be a mistake, as Jace ran across the ring and drove his knee into Graham's chin. Jace tossed him out of the corner and made the cover.
1!...2!..Kick-out!
But Jace didn't seem disappointed that he couldn't put Graham away. He rose to his feet with a fire in his eyes, motioning for Graham to get back up. Graham unsteadily returned to a vertical base and Jace ran past him, springboarding off the middle rope and aiming a flying roundhouse kick at Graham's head.
But at the last possible moment, Graham ducked under the kick and Jace crashed to the mat! Graham then wrapped his arms around Jace's waist and launched him across the ring with a German suplex!
Graham raced over to Jace's crumpled form and pulled him back towards the center of the ring. He refocused his attack, grabbing Jace’s wrist and twisting the arm around his leg. Jace let out a cry of pain as Graham began to apply pressure.
SD: “Graham is inflicting pain on every major joint in Jace’s arm, the shoulder, the elbow, and the wrist. This hold is the perfect way for Graham to soften up an opponent's arm for the Emergency Landing, his dreaded submission finisher.”
Jace began to struggle, but Graham held on. It wasn’t until Jace used his free arm to begin landing a series of elbows that Graham let go of the hold and transitioned into a front facelock. He brought Jace to his feet and was looking for some form of suplex when Jace broke free and forced him back with a quick forearm smash. Graham made to close the distance again, but Jace countered by driving a superkick straight into his stomach.
With Graham doubled over, Jace took a moment to catch his breath. But upon seeing the opportunity in front of him, Jace whipped Graham to the ropes and bent his knees slightly, waiting for the rebound…
MW: “Jace looking for the Extra Credit!”
But at the last moment, Graham extended his arm and caught Jace in the throat, turning his body around so that he was behind Jace and locking in a rear naked choke! Jace immediately grabbed Graham’s arm and tried to pull it off from around his throat. But Graham’s grip did not waver as he pulled Jace to the mat and wrapped his legs around Jace’s waist.
MW: “An excellent counter of the Extra Credit by Graham Baker. He’s once again retaken control of this match.”
SD: “I think that if Jace had been able to press his advantage sooner, he might have been able to connect with his finisher there. And remember the time Jace spent in the guillotine earlier, that might make this choke even harder to escape for Jace.”
Steven’s point was further proven as Jace continued to struggle, but to no avail. Every time Jace focused on either the arms or the legs, Graham tightened his grip with the other limbs, constantly increasing the pressure on Jace’s windpipe. Finally, Jace removed Graham’s legs from around his waist and rolled backwards, forcing Graham’s shoulders to the mat.
1!...2!..Kick-out!
MW: “Great ring awareness from Jace in escaping that submission, I thought he’d won for a moment.”
Jace and Graham got back to their feet at almost the same moment and stood across from each other, catching their breath. The crowd started chanting “This is awesome” as they advanced toward each other. Graham struck first with a forearm smash, which rocked Jace, before Jace hit back with a knife edge chop. This proceed for several moments, with the two exchanging forearms and chops, but eventually the pauses between strikes became longer, and it became clear to everyone that it was taking more and more out of each to continue taking strikes.
Eventually, Jace stumbled back after taking a forearm from Graham, backing into the ropes and using the momentum to propel himself forward, rotating and taking Graham off his feet with a discus lariat! The crowd exploded into cheers as the stalemate was broken. Jace took a moment to catch his breath while he looked around the ring, formulating a plan for his next move.
SD: “I think Jace is having trouble figuring out what to do next. He’s thrown almost all of his best moves at Graham Baker, and Baker’s either faught through or countered all of them. Hang on, he’s thought of something.”
Jace had pulled Graham to his feet and was dragging him to the corner. But instead of leaning him against the turnbuckles, Jace lifted him up and placed him on the top turnbuckle. Jace then began to climb the turnbuckles himself, setting Graham up for a big move.
MW: “Is Jace going for an avalanche Extra Credit here? We’ve never seen that from him here in FPW, but I’ve heard he’s capable of doing it.”
Jace was standing on the second rope and about to step up to the third to launch himself for the maneuver when Graham struck, blasting Jace with a headbutt that sent him crashing to the floor. Graham shook his head, clearly not used to using it as a weapon.
MW: “Graham Bake proving that desperate times call for desperate measures, as he may have taken a lot out of himself with that headbutt.”
Graham recovered his sense of balance as Jace staggered to his feet. He raised a fist in the air and pointed at Jace to pump up the crowd, then leapt from the top rope and flattened Jace with a missile dropkick!
MW: “Cover!”
1!..2!..Kick-out!
As one, the crowd rose to their feet in surprise as Graham looked at Jace in bewilderment. But that bewildered expression changed to one of determination as he backed into the corner and waited for Jace to get back up. As Jace once again rose to his feet, Graham charged out of the corner, looking for a clothesline. But Jace ducked the attempt and as Graham turned around, Jace caught him with a pele kick! Graham collapsed to his back as Jace returned to his feet. He looked down at Graham’s fallen body and then at the top turnbuckle. He looked at Graham one more time before he ran to the corner and began to climb, ascending to the top rope. Unlike previous matches, he wasted little time before launching himself with a shooting star press! He landed perfectly and hooked Graham’s leg for the cover.
1!...2!..Graham kicked out at the last possible split second!
Jace tried to press his advantage, pulling Graham to his feet and going for a suplex. But he couldn't muster the strength to lift his opponent and Graham was able to break free. He shoved Jace back and caught him with a hurricanrana, then transitioned into the Emergency Landing!
MW: “It's locked in, Jace has nowhere to go!”
SD: Graham knows that escape from the Emergency Landing is impossible, he's ready for this match to be over.”
Despite Steven’s statements about escape from the submission being impossible, Jace continued to hold on, refusing to tap out despite Graham continuing to increase the pressure. He tried to squirm his body to where he could reach the ropes, but every time he made headway, Graham pulled him back towards the center of the ring. Jace extended his free arm reaching for the bottom rope one final time before pulling his hand back to tap out. But he stopped his hand just before it made contact, still refusing to quit. He made one last desperate move, shifting his hips away from Graham before throwing them back towards him, using the momentum to roll his body into the armbar. And it brought him to his knees, where he dropped his entire weight into Graham, forcing the shoulders to the mat!
1!...2!..Graham kicked out!
But the crowd reacted as though Jace had won the match anyway, for in order to kick out, Graham had to release the Emergency Landing!
SD: “Jace Mason just escaped the Emergency Landing!”
Jace got to his feet and crouched slightly while waiting for Graham to get up. And as soon as Graham rose, he ran to the ropes and went for the springboard roundhouse one more time. But Graham turned his back to Jace and caught him out of midair! With Jace draped across his back, Graham only waited a moment to adjust him before driving him to the mat with an air raid crash!
MW: “Barnburner piledriver by Graham Baker! Now going for the cover!”
1!...2!...3!
SD: “Graham Baker wins it!”
The ref called for the bell while Graham slowly got to his feet. ‘Glory' began to play as Graham had his arm raised, but he was shaking his head. Once the ref let go of him, Graham walked over to the ropes and motioned for a microphone.
“Cut the music, cut the music.” He said once he had one. ‘Glory’ cut out as he walked over to Jace's fallen body. “Get up kid” he said as he pulled Jace back to his feet. With Jace still unsteady, Graham kept an arm under his shoulder for support while he says “You don't leave a match like that flat on your back, looking up at the lights. No, you leave a match like that standing tall and with your head held high, proud that you brought the fight of your life. We worked some magic here tonight, and if you ever want to do it again, just let me know.” He pulled his arm back and let Jace stand on his own, nodding at him as the screen faded to black.

MW: Well we currently have the team of... David Fletcher and Kyle Marks in the ring. These two have been making some waves of late on the scene in South Africa and are here for a Freedom Pro Wrestling try-out match. SD: I've heard good things about them. And look at them. Fletcher looks great. Big, powerful and clearly someone you wouldn't want to run into in a dark alley. As for Marks, he's quite the physical specimen. I caught him warming up in the ring before the show and he's got some very impressive aerial moves too. MW: As for their opponents, we-
As the introduction to the song plays, Sato emerges through the curtain and bows to the fans. Once the introduction ends, Sato rises and Takahara and Tchyukiro stand either side of him and they bow to the crowd. They then both walk down the ramp with a purpose and climb into the ring, standing and staring down their opponents.
MW: I'm not sure I've ever seen either of these guys before. SD: I'm guessing Japanese, but I could be wrong.
Before the bell rings, Tchyukiro runs at Fletcher and Marks and takes them down with a thunderous double lariat. He and Takahara then pull Fletcher to his feet, Takahara taking him straight back down with a mid kick and Tchyukiro connecting with a kokeshi headbutt. Marks tries to land blows to Takahara, who simply turns round and beckons him to hit him harder. Tchyukiro watches as Marks tries to connect with chops, but Takahara blows them off completely, hitting a chop of his own which sends Marks straight down to the mat. Marks scrambles back to his feet and Tchyukiro connects with a power slam, Takahara hitting the ropes and following up with a hard penalty kick.
SD: Oooooooooh. MW: I don't know who these two are but I think we'll be seeing quite a lot of them if they dominate like this. SD: I just... it hurts even from here!
Fletcher manages to pull himself up to his feet only for Tchyukiro to connect with a discus lariat and Takahara to hit a hard kick to the back of the head as Fletcher collapses to the mat. The two men look down at their opponents, neither of whom are moving, before yelling in Japanese.
Sato enters the ring, microphone in hand.
"For years now, Japanese culture has grown in the western world. What was once a mystery is becoming unlocked to anyone who wishes to find the key. Japanese wrestling too is growing in popularity in the west, but western wrestling too is growing in influence in Japan. Not among these two men. Hiro Takahara and Masa Tchyukiro are two of the last pure Japanese wrestlers. They are two of the last pure practioners of strong style. And now, if Western wrestling is taking over Japan, it is time for strong style to fight back. Takahara-san and Tchyukiro-san will take the fight to the west. These two men will demonstrate the superiority of strong style wrestling over all other kinds. For they are the Guardians of Strong Style, and they are here to take Freedom Pro Wrestling."
Sato drops the mic, the three men bow to a crowd which is unsure how to react, and they leave the ring.

After their destruction at the hands of the Guardians of Strong Style before the match even commenced, the two South African prospects demand another match, saying that their tryout wasn't nearly good enough. Still hurt, they opt to continue, and are rewarded with another match...as 'Bury Me Face Down' plays and The Renegades enter from backstage. Karlson and Grimm eschew their full entrance, tossing their gear to the ground at the top of the ramp and sliding in. They stand across from Marks and Fletcher, before Karlson steps forward and Grimm steps back. Karlson taps Marks on the chest and flicks his nose, before falling back into the corner. The bell rings, and Karlson immediately rushes forward, trapping Marks in a leg-lock and transitioning to a knee-bar. Marks is shocked at her speed, but manages to hit the ropes, struggling to get back to his feet for a moment-KNEESTRIKE TO THE HEAD! Karlson rolls him back into the center of the ring, and plants her knee on his throat.
ONE!
TWO!
THR-NO! MARKS KICKS OUT!
Karlson looks frustrated, and looks to Fletcher, cursing in his direction before she leaps back and tags Grimm in while Marks manages to get to Fletcher. Grimm smirks at Fletcher, and Fletcher goes for a lockup, but Grimm levels him with a clothesline, before following it up with another, and another. He looks down at Fletcher, shrugging, before he picks Fletcher up in a powerbomb and buckle-bombs him into the Renegades' corner. He tags Karlson in, powerbombing Fletcher back down into the center of the ring before he spins into a discus lariat which knocks Marks off the apron before Karlson drills Fletcher with a running shotgun knee and turns it into a pinfall.
ONE!
TWO!!
THREE!!!
The Renegades are declared victorious, and the South African team leaves the ring moments later, before Karlson demands a mic...

As Jace waited for his challenge to be answered, the lights in the arena suddenly went out. “Killing in the Name of” begins and two spotlights shine on different parts of the arena, revealing Haych and Dario marching to the ring. Instead of their normal entrance, the Invaders circle the ring like predators, moving in and out of the shadows. Eventually the lights came back on as the music faded and Dario climbed into the ring. Jace stepped forward to offer a handshake, and Dario smirked. He stepped forward as if to accept, but then spat in Jace’s face. Jace wiped it off as he backed into his corner. The ref called for the bell, and Jace ran across the ring, taking Dario off his feet with a lightning fast dropkick!
Mike Watson(MW): “This match is underway, and I don’t know whether this was already the strategy for Jace Mason, but I can guarantee that Dario’s disrespect had something to do with this impulsive start.”
Both competitors got back to their feet in quick succession. Dario swung at Jace, who ducked the punch and lashed out with a quick kick to Dario’s leg, then followed it up with a jab that made Dario take a step back. Jace pulled Dario to the mat with a snapmare, then ran across the ring, hit the ropes and connected with a vicious penalty kick. He pulled Dario away from the ropes and went for an early cover.
1!..Kick-out!
Steven Deville(SD): “I’m not sure why Jace thought it was a good idea to go for such an early cover, I thought he was smarter than that. There’s no way a few strikes would be enough to put away one half of the best tag team in FPW history.”
Dario rose to his feet after the kick-out and tried to take control, but ran into a knife edge chop from Jace, prompting a loud “WOOO” from the crowd. Jace pressed his advantage by whipping Dario to the ropes. Dario managed to counter by going for a clothesline on the rebound, but Jace ducked and caught Dario with a back elbow on the next rebound. Dario staggered backwards for a moment, and Jace forced him into the corner with a series of forearms. Jace ran across the ring to build momentum before turning around and running back in, driving his knee into Dario’s jaw.
MW: “Those first few strikes might not have been enough to get the win for Jace, but if he keeps up this offense, he may be able to end this match soon.”
SD: “Nonsense, Dario’s not going to lose to Jace Mason.”
Jace shoved Dario out of the corner and readjusted his footing to perch on the middle rope. But Dario dropped to the mat and rolled out of the ring, preventing Jace from going for the crossbody.
SD: “And that’s why Dario’s not going to lose this match. He could tell he was in a bad position, so he’s taking the fight somewhere his opponent isn’t as comfortable. I don’t think we’ve seen Jace ever fight outside the ring; hang on!”
Jace had dropped from the turnbuckle and ran across the ring, hitting the ropes and charging towards where Dario stood at ringside. Dario looked up and saw Jace barreling towards him, so he sidestepped out of the way. Seeing this, Jace hit the brakes, slowing down and stopping himself on the ropes. He looked at Dario, who was leaning on the apron, and then at the fans, who began to cheer. He vaulted over the top rope and onto the apron, lining up Dario for another penalty kick. Jace ran across the apron and swung his leg, but Dario ducked at the last second. As he popped back up, Dario took a swipe at Jace’s legs, hoping to pull him down, but Jace hopped over his arm. Jace went for another kick, and Dario dodged this time by jumping onto the apron as well. The two began to exchange right hands and forearms, each trying to knock the other off the apron. Dario finally took control by stepping backwards to avoid one of Jace’s attacks, and with Jace off-balance, Dario clotheslined him into the ring.
MW: “Veteran instincts there from Dario.”
Jace quickly got back to his feet and rushed forward to try and knock his opponent off the apron, but Dario ducked and rammed his shoulder into Jace’s midsection. With Jace doubled over, Dario propelled himself over the top rope and into a sunset flip cover. Before the ref could begin a three count however, Jace rolled backwards and up to his feet, then drilled Dario with a knee smash straight to the face. With Dario dazed, Jace pulled him back to his feet while locking in a front facelock, then lifted and brought him back down with a Falcon’s Arrow, which he quickly transitioned into a cover.
1!..Kick-out!
With Dario still dazed, Jace backed into the corner and waited for him to get to his feet. As Dario rose, Jace ran out of the corner and went for a discus clothesline, but Dario ducked, causing Jace to hit the ropes. Dario went for a superkick, but Jace sidestepped the strike and, while maintaining his forward momentum, kicked out Dario’s base leg. As Dario dropped to his hands and knees, Jace hit the ropes and connected with a dropkick to Dario’s head. Dario tried to roll out of the ring before Jace could press his advantage, but Jace was ready this time. He pulled Dario away from the ropes and up to his feet, then whipped him across the ring. As Dario rebounded towards him, Jace, ducked the attempted clothesline. They both hit the ropes and rebounded back towards each other, then simultaneously went for clotheslines and both collapsed to the mat!
SD: “Both men had the same idea, and it worked out about the same for both of them.”
The crowd had broken into applause as the action had taken a brief pause with the double clothesline, and now the began to rhythmically clap as the wrestlers got back to their feet. Dario was the first to return to a vertical base, and he rushed at Jace, who ducked his clothesline and caught him with a knee to the gut as he turned around. Jace tossed Dario to the corner, the followed him in, looking to connect with another strike. But Dario brought his leg up as Jace rushed in, driving it into his face. Jace stumbled back and Dario pulled himself onto the middle rope. He leapt off, aiming a flying forearm at Jace, but Jace ducked under and ran forward to avoid it. Dario landed on his feet and turned around, catching Jace with a arm drag as he ran forward. Dario charged Jace as he got back to his feet, and Jace returned the favor by sending Dario to the mat with an arm drag of his own. Dario turned around as he got back to his feet and was met with a step-up enziguri! The crowd cheered as Jace took control and went for the cover.
1!...2!.Kick-out!
MW: “Jace getting closer and closer to a three-count with each cover.”
SD: “I don’t care how close he’s getting, Dario is simply the better of the two competitors.”
Even though Dario had kicked out, Jace was fired up. He nodded at the audience as he rose to his feet, then began to clap, prompting them to clap along. Jace stopped clapping, letting the crowd continue, and stood behind Dario, waiting for him to get up. As Dario fully made it back to his feet, Jace ran past him and jumped onto the middle rope, launching himself off and going for a springboard roundhouse. But, in an amazing display of precision, Dario jumped up and knocked Jace out of the air with a perfectly placed dropkick!
SD: “What a move by Dario! Now going for the cover!”
1!...2!.Kick-out!
MW: “Jace keeping himself alive in this match.”
But now Dario had fully taken control of the match. He transitioned into a mounted position and began laying into Jace with right hands. Eventually, he stood up, leaving Jace dazed and flipping off the booing fans. They began to boo even louder, but he just turned his back on them. Jace was slowly making his way back to his feet, and was on his hands and knees when Dario rushed in and delivered a punishing kick to his ribs that dropped him back to his stomach. The referee checked on Jace as the crowd booed once again. Jace waved off the ref, assuring him that he could continue to fight.
SD: “I’m not sure that’s a great idea from Jace. He’s taking a lot of punishment from Dario, and if the match continues, he’s going to take even more. Best to just give up now.”
MW: “Jace hasn’t been in FPW that long, but based on what I’ve seen from him, giving up is not something he’d willingly do.”
Jace dragged himself into the corner, turned around, and sat with his back leaned against the bottom turnbuckle. Dario ran at him and connected with a knee smash, then held it there, grinding his knee against Jace's face. The ref began his five count, but Dario held on for as long as he could before pulling his knee away from Jace. He then pulled Jace back to his feet and whipped him across the ring, catching him with a hurricanrana on the rebound that he transitioned into a pin.
1!...2!..Kick-out!
A surprised look came over Dario’s face, but it was replaced by one of determination. With Jace still flat on his back, Dario extended one of his arms and stepped on the wrist, pinning it down. With his other leg he began stomping on the exposed arm, specifically targeting the upper arm and shoulder. Jace cried out in agony and Dario eventually let up. But he didn't give Jace any sort of reprieve, pulling him back to his feet and whipping him to the ropes once again. Jace managed to hold onto the ropes, and backdropped Dario onto the apron when he ran at him. But when Jace took a swing at him, Dario caught his arm and pulled it into a hanging armbar! Jace gave another cry of pain as the ref began a five count. Dario waited until the ref reached four before finally letting go. Jace staggered back, clutching his arm, while Dario re-positioned himself on the apron. Jace eventually turned back towards him and Dario threw himself through the ropes to connect with a slingshot spear!
SD: “Cover him Dario, this match is over.”
MW: “I don’t think that’s what Dario has in mind, he wants to inflict more damage to Jace before he’s done.”
Now perched on the top rope, Dario sneered at the fans before launching himself into a 450 on Jace!, he hooked the leg upon landing and counted along with the ref, expecting the match to be over.
1!...2!..Kick-out!
Dario, who had already held up three fingers, was absolutely stunned. But he wasted little time, getting back to his feet and beginning to stomp on Jace.
SD: “I’ll admit it, that was impressive for Jace to kick out of the 450. But instead of surviving, he might of just made his chances of survival even worse, since it looks like all he did was make Dario mad.”
Dariro continued to mercilessly drive his boot into various parts of Jace’s body, often the arm he’d previously targeted. Eventually he let up and pulled Jace to his feet and dragged him into the corner, where he began smashing his face repeatedly into the top turnbuckle! MW: “Now that’s just uncalled for!”
The crowd clearly agreed, erupting into boos. The ref began a five count, but Jace didn’t let it get that far, bracing his hand against the turnbuckle to prevent further beating. He lashed out with an elbow that made Dario take a step back, only to turn around right into an open hand slap across the face! Dario quickly took advantage of his dazed opponent, lifting him onto the top turnbuckle. Dario climbed the turnbuckles as well, looking for a superplex. But before he could lock in the facelock, Jace shoved him and he went falling back to the mat! Jace waited for Dario to get to his feet before taking to the air with a flying clothesline. As Jace’s arm drew near, Dario sidestepped and grabbed his wrist, drove his shoulder into the mat and locked in a fujiwara armbar!
MW: “A brilliant counter by Dario! And that’s the arm he’s been targeting throughout this match!”
SD: “Jace is going to have to tap out!
What saved Jace was his proximity to the ropes. Because the armbar had been a counter to a dive attack, both wrestlers were close to the ropes, and Jace, after struggling to escape for several moments, was able to twist his body and drape his foot over the bottom rope. The ref force Dario to let go of the submission. Incensed, Dario began to argue, giving Jace time to get to his feet. Jace ran towards Dario, who pulled the referee in between the two!
Jace just managed to stop himself before hitting the referee with a major strike, but left himself open for Dario to connect with a roundhouse kick. Dario whipped him into the corner and went for a forearm smash, but Jace sidestepped out of the way. Jace hesitated as Dario turned around, then jumped up, driving his knee into Dario’s chin! With Dario staggered, Jace locked in a front facelock and lifted him. It looked at first like he was going for a suplex, but halfway through he transitioned into a stunner, driving his shoulder into Dario’s chin! The crowd exploded with cheers as he went for the cover.
1!...2!..Kick-out!
But Jace wasn’t finished. He held onto the leg he’d hooked to make the cover and used this grip to turn Dario over and lock in the single leg Boston Crab! Dario panicked and began scrambling for the bottom rope, but it was just out of reach. Using his forearms, he began to drag himself closer, but he still couldn’t reach. Haych saved him by yelling something at the referee, prompting him to look away from the wrestlers in the ring. While they argued, Dario brought his free leg up and drove it into a low blow! Jace cried out in pain and let go of the hold, dropping to his knees. Dario stood up behind him and drilled him with a superkick to the back of the head. Jace slumped to the floor as Dario climbed the turnbuckles. Haych stopped arguing with the ref, allowing him to turn around and watch as Dario delivered a flying Senton bomb! Dario lazily hooked Jace’s leg for the cover.
1!...2!...3!
The ref called for the bell and Dario stood up, a cocky smile on his face as the referee raised his hand. “Killing in the Name of” began again while he sneered at the booing fans.
SD: “What a performance from Dario here tonight, outlasting the rookie’s initial storm of offense and pulling through with a miraculous comeback.”
MW: "Miraculous comeback? I can’t believe you sometimes. Nevertheless, Dario victorious here tonight after a hell of a showing from both participants in this match."

A brief Freedom Pro house show match is showcased on FPW's website, showing off a match between Elizabeth Karlson and a debuting female talent, Tessa Storm.
The match begins at the ring of the bell after Karlson makes her entrance, stalking Storm relentlessly before she enters the ring in her modified ring gear. Storm looks to be strong on her feet, but Karlson's quick to pounce on her as the match starts, showing a newer, even more fierce side. She lays into Storm with repeated elbows to the skull, only stopping as the referee tries to break the count. She plays to the crowd, who're slightly unsure how to respond to her, before looking behind her to see Storm getting back to her feet. She turns to face Storm, and beckons her on as she throws a clothesline toward Karlson, but Karlson ducks it and hits the ropes, slamming into Storm with a vicious running knee and sending her hanging on the ropes. She leaps over them, landing on the apron and railing Storm in the head with another vicious running knee! She springboards over and rolls to land next to Storm, hooking her leg for a pin.
ONE!
TWO-Storm kicks out, and Karlson wastes no time pulling back to her feet, attacking Storm's arm with repeated knees before she gets her into position, and brutally dragon screws her knee into the ground! Storm looks to be in pain, but as she bounces back favoring her stronger leg, Karlson sweeps both her legs from beneath her, sending her to the ground with a hard thud. Storm tries to get up quickly, but Karlson brutally kicks her in the side of the head and goes for yet another pin.
ONE!
TWO!!
TH-NO! Storm kicks out again! Karlson shakes her head, muttering 'stay down' before she climbs to the top rope. She goes for a double stomp, but as she comes down, Storm rolls out of the way! Storm gets a bit of offense in, hitting Karlson with a shin to the face as she gets up from her landing, knocking Karlson back! She pulls Karlson up into another wristlock knee, before pulling her in for a snap cradle DDT to end the match!
ONE!
TWO!!
THR-KARLSON KICKS OUT! Storm tries to pull Karlson up and regain control, but Karlson takes advantage and drills Storm with a brutal codebreaker, dropping her flat on her back. She considers going for another double stomp, before instead pulling Storm up for what appears to be a variation of the Styles Clash...BEFORE DRILLING HER INTO THE MAT WITH A VICIOUS GANSO BOMB! Storm goes limp as Karlson hooks her leg and pins her.
ONE!
TWO!!
THREE!!!
The bell rings, and Karlson is declared victorious, but she wastes no time grabbing a microphone from the ring announcer before they can announce that she's won. She looks into the crowd as they cheer, and they suddenly quiet down.
"Artemis Evans, that was a taste of what you're going to feel. Be fucking ready."
With that, Karlson drops the microphone and heads backstage...

Jace was pacing in the ring while he waited for his challenge to be answered when all the lights in the arena suddenly went out.
Mike Watson(MW): “What the!? Is this supposed to happen?”
Steven Seville(SD): “Can we get some word from the guys in the back? What's going on here?”
It soon became obvious what was happening, as “Hardcore” began to play and the lights started to pulse in sync with the beat. During the intermittent flashes of light, Elizabeth Karlson could be seen crawling down the ramp. As she climbed into the ring, the camera showed a shot of the surprised look on Jace's face.
A single spotlight shone on the ring as Karlson took off her mask and jacket before bowing to the crowd. Jace, who'd rolled out of the ring to give Karlson the spotlight, now climbed back in. He stepped forward and extended his hand, offering a handshake. Karlson accepted, and the crowd applauded the show of respect. But as Jace went to pull his hand back, Karlson held on, and pulled Jace up close. The two had a tense staredown for a moment, before Karlson said something to Jace that the cameras couldn’t catch. Then she let go, and Jace nodded as he backed into his corner. The ref called for the bell, and the two began to circle each other.
MW: “This is an interesting match for Jace, a rematch from his debut match at The Lost World. Elizabeth Karlson was victorious in that match, but since then, Jace has made a serious effort to improve himself as a competitor. It will be interesting to see who scores the win tonight.”
After taking a few tentative steps forward to gauge their opponent’s reactions, Jace and Elizabeth advanced forwards and locked up. They jockeyed for position before Elizabeth ducked under Jace’s arms and locked in a waistlock. She squeezed for a moment before trying to lift Jace up and bring him to the mat. But Jace dropped his weight and managed to stay on his feet. Karlson tried to transition into several different holds, but Jace blocked her every time. Eventually, Jace grabbed her wrist and faught out of the waistlock, transitioning into a wristlock and wrenching on her arm. Karlson winced, but soon countered into a hammerlock. Jace didn’t give her the opportunity to inflict much pain, breaking free and trapping her with a side headlock. Acting quickly, Karlson pushed Jace back into the ropes, forcing a break. Jace let go of the hold and raised his arms, letting Karlson back into the middle of the ring.
MW: A nice show of respect from both competitors with that clean break. Hopefully that respect will continue throughout the rest of this match.”
The competitors locked up in the middle of the ring once again. Jace went straight back to a side headlock and quickly pulled Karlson to the mat. Elizabeth wasted no time in using her legs to pull Jace off of her, and Jace didn’t hesitate before bridging out of the headscissors. They both rose to their feet quickly and this time it was Karlson who took Jace down with a side headlock takeover. Jace pulled her off with a headscissors and Elizabeth bridged out. Once again, they both rose to their feet, this time pausing to stare at each other while the fans cheered.
MW: “A back and forth exchange of technical wrestling to begin this match.”
They made to lock up for a third time, but as Jace advanced, Karlson kicked out his leg, dropping him to one knee. She immediately capitalized, taking a small step back before drilling him with a roundhouse to the side of the head. Jace slumped over, and Karlson went for the cover as a portion of the crowd booed.
1!..Kick-out!
Jace powered out of the pin attempt and sat up. He made to get back to his feet, but Elizabeth pulled him back down by grabbing his arm. Elizabeth quickly tied up Jace, grabbing his opposite wrists and pulling them across his chin, then driving her knee into his spine.
SD: “Straightjacket hold being applied by Elizabeth Karlson. I’ve been trapped in this hold before, and it is absolutely tortuous.”
MW: “But despite the trouble he’s in now, I’ve been impressed with Jace so far tonight. Back in June when these two had their first match, Jace was out wrestled during almost every exchange of holds. But now he’s been holding his own against a much more experienced opponent.”
Jace began to work his way out of the hold. First he pulled his arms back to loosen the pressure on his chin, then started to rise to his feet. Karlson pulled him back down, but couldn’t hold him, he quickly regained any lost progress. With Jace working his way out, Karlson gave up on the hold, letting go of one of his wrists and using the other grip to pull him to his feet. She changed the position of his wrist from around his chin to around his waist, then spun him out for a ripcord lariat. But Jace ducked under her arm and caught her with a knee to the gut, doubling her over and putting her in a position for him to set up a DDT. Before he could connect with the move, Karlson backed him to the ropes and then pushed him off, sending him across the ring to the far ropes. Jace rebounded and ran at Elizabeth, but she took him to the mat by lashing out with a kick to his shin. Jace tried to quickly get back to his feet, but he only made it to his hands and knees before Karlson cut him off by kicking his arm out from under him. She quickly got to work, stepping on his thighs and wrapping his leg around hers. She then grabbed his wrists and pulled back, laying flat on her back and holding him in the air. She added pressure to his legs by extending hers.
SD: “Karlson working on the legs with the Romero Special here. If I had to guess, she’ll be trying to go for the Chronic Illness later in the match, since that’s the move that put away Jace the first time they met.”
Elizabeth eventually shifted her weight forward and let go of Jace, who began to crawl into the corner.
MW: “Steven, you used to be a wrestler, you’re going to have to help me out here. Why would Elizabeth Karlson relinquish her hold here? She seemed to have Jace trapped and was inflicting a lot of pain, why stop?”
SD: “Well, there’s only so much pain one can cause with a single hold. Karlson quickly figured out that Jace wasn’t going to tap out to this one, so rather than stubbornly hold on, she decided to release her hold so that she can inflict punishment in other ways.”
MW: “I guess that does make a sort of twisted sense.”
Jace was now sitting leaning against the bottom turnbuckle when Karlson began to run at him. But as she got closer, he pulled himself to his feet and met her with a back elbow that caused her to stagger a few steps back. Jace pulls her into the corner and drapes one of her arms over the top rope, exposing her chest for the knife-edge chop he connects with next. Without pausing to take in the crowd’s responsive “WOOO” Jace whipps Karlson across the ring into the far corner. He ran in after her and went for his big knee strike, stepping onto the middle rope and bringing his other knee up to connect with her jaw.
But as he brought his other knee up, Karlson wrapped her arm around it, preventing it from striking her face. She used her other arm to grab his other leg, then pulled him to the mat with a similar motion to an Alabama slam. And she held onto his legs as he hit the floor and almost immediately started setting up for a Boston crab. But as soon as she turned him over, Jace scrambled to the bottom rope and forced a break. Elizabeth let go and retreated to the center of the ring. Jace stood up and nodded at her as he stretched his leg. The two of them began circling each other waiting for an opening to attack. They each took a steps towards one another and made it appear as though they were going to lock up again, but Jace instead swung a kick at Karlson’s leg. She cocked her head slightly as she took a step back. They moved to lock up again, and this time it was Karlson who took a swing at Jace, who leaned back to dodge the punch, then swung a right hand of his own, only for it to be caught. Elizabeth transitioned her grip into an irish whip that sent Jace into the ropes. Karlson dropped to the mat in an effort to trip him up on the rebound, but Jace leapt over her. As Jace rebounded again, Karlson attempted a codebreaker, but Jace managed to grab her waist and pushed her away. She managed to land on her feet, only for Jace to stagger her with a roundhouse kick!
MW: “Nice counter from Jace!”
Dazed, Elizabeth left herself open for a snapmare from Jace, who then ran to the ropes and went for a penalty kick off the rebound. But just before the kick could land, Elizabeth threw herself backwards, causing the kick to sail over her head. As Jace stepped through with the kick, Karlson reached up and hooked his upper thigh, pulling him down with a school boy roll-up.
1!...2!.Kick-out!
Jace scrambled back to his feet, only for Karlson to clasp her hands around the back of his head, pulling it down so she could repeatedly drive her knee into his face. The mixed reaction from the crowd did nothing to deter her as she continued the attack, with Jace slowly dropping to his knees under the assault. Eventually deciding she’d done enough damage, Karlson abandoned her hold on Jace’s head and switched to a double underhooks. She lifted him with a butterfly suplex that she transitioned into an armbar.
SD: “Danielson special!”
Jace tried to pull his arm back through, but Karlson held on and tightened her grip. Jace was too far away from the ropes to attempt a break, so his only option was to roll into the armbar and stack up Karlson. Karlson let go of the armbar before her shoulders could be forced to the mat and Jace quickly stood up. Karlson rose to her feet a moment later and Jace trapped her with a front facelock. Before he could set her up for any sort of attack, Karlson drove him backwards into the rope and held him there. Jace let go as the official called for the break. Karlson backed up, arms raised, before making a motion to chop Jace’s chest. But she stopped her hand just before it made contact and patted his chest a few times before backing fully away from the ropes.
Jace smirked while he shook his head, before suddenly running at Karlson, hoping to catch her off guard. She sidestepped his attempted forearm smash and got behind him, setting him up for a backdrop suplex. She lifted him up, but Jace drove an elbow into the top of her head, causing her to stumble slightly and set him back on his feet. Jace capitalized right away, whipping her across the ring and catching her with a dropkick on the rebound. Jace dropped down and hooked her leg, going for his first cover in the match.
1!..Kick-out!
Jace sat up with a disappointed look on his face, but he didn’t let himself get too distracted, turning Elizabeth over and attacking her leg, driving a knee into her thigh and wrenching on her knee. Karlson's technical experience proved too much to handle, she quickly turned herself back over and pushed Jace back with her free leg. She stood up and rushed Jace. Jace met her with a kick to the gut before following up with a pair of quick strikes to the head. Pressing his advantage, Jace whipped her to the ropes and caught her with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker as she rebounded back towards him, then went for a cover.
1!...2!.Kick-out!
Jace leapt back to his feet and pulled Elizabeth up with him, locking in a front facelock. He lifted her for some form of suplex, but she shifted her weight and landed on her feet behind him. Before Jace could turn around, she grabbed his shoulders and drove her knees into his back, dropping to the mat with a backstabber. She stood back up gave Jace the look of a hunter appraising their prey as he began to roll to the ropes. She stopped him by stepping on his back and began to target his arm and shoulder, laying into them with vicious, precise stomps.
SD: “I’d question the decision to not go for a cover after that reversal, but I guess Karlson is more interested in inflicting pain then winning at this stage of the match.”
Karlson grabbed the arm she'd been attacking and pulled Jace back to his feet. She dragged him to the ropes and shoved him, throat first, against them. Before he could retaliate, Elizabeth quickly draped the wounded arm over the top rope and pulled it back under, effectively holding Jace in place. She looked out to the crowd for a moment before repeatedly driving her elbow into the exposed and defenseless shoulder. With Jace up against the ropes, the ref began a five count, which Karlson pushed to four before backing up and letting Jace off the ropes.
MW: “I think that you were correct in your earlier assumption that Elizabeth is setting up for the chronic illness Steven. She's moved on from Jace's legs to targeting his arm.”
SD: “Karlson is a true technical master. She's come into this match with a plan, and despite a few setbacks, everything has gone according to this plan.”
Jace stepped forward and swung a punch at Elizabeth, but she caught his arm and whipped him to the ropes. She went for a clothesline as he rebounded, but Jace ducked and hit the ropes on the other side of the ring. He went for a clothesline of his own, but Karlson ducked under and lifted him onto her shoulders. Jace struggled to escape, but she just smirked and delivered a rolling fireman's carry. Jace sat up after taking the move, perhaps trying to prevent Karlson from going for a cover. But Karlson didn’t let this prevent her from dealing more damage, hitting the ropes and flattening him with a running knee strike. She hooked his leg for the cover.
1!...2!.Kick-out!
Elizabeth didn’t seem fazed that Jace had kicked out, transitioning he leg hook into a grip around his knee as she stood up. Then she fell back and drove his lower leg sharply into the mat. Jace cried out as Karlson rose to her feet once again. Seeing Jace clutching his knee, Karlson's eyes lit up and a smile spread across her face.
MW: “I wouldn't want to be Jace Mason right now, she's gotten a new idea to cause pain.”
Elizabeth grabbed Jace’s knee once again and turned him over, stepping through to lock in a single leg Boston crab. Jace’s eyes widened as he realized the trouble he was in.
SD: “And now the reason for that smile becoming clear, as Karlson locks Jace in his own signature submission!’ Jace dragged himself towards the bottom rope using his forearms, but right as he was about to reach out and trigger a break, Karlson loosened the hold slightly in order to drag him back into the center of the ring. With the hold cinched in tight, Jace had no chance of reaching the ropes. Instead, he used his free leg to sweep one of Karlson’s legs out from under her. She stumbled, but recovered her balance quickly. But in that crucial moment that she was off balance, her grip loosened slightly and Jace was able to pull his leg back through. Jace rolled onto his back as Karlson turned to face him. She lunged forwards to grab him, but Jace used his legs to push her away. He stood up as she closed the distance, and the two of them locked up one more time.
MW: “I’m not sure going for the half crab on Jace was the smartest move Elizabeth could have made. If anyone was going to know a way to escape, it would be someone who regularly uses the hold.”
SD: “Perhaps from a strategic standpoint you’d be correct, but from a psychological standpoint, that was the right move. The idea of tapping out to one’s own submission is utterly humiliating. People will desperately want to avoid that, and desperate people can make mistakes.”
Back in the ring, Jace and Elizabeth were still jockeying for position, neither of them able to break free and trap the other in a hold. Elizabeth began driving forwards, forcing Jace to step back into the corner. The ref called for a break and Jace untangled his arms from the lock up. She held herser arms in place for a moment, keeping Jace from moving. She began to slowly pull her arms back for the break, then snapped forwards with a lightning fast strike to Jace’s face. The crowd booed the cheap shot, but Karlson simply whipped Jace across the ring into the far corner. She ran after him, but before she could get close enough for any offense, Jace used the ropes to leverage himself onto the middle turnbuckle, then launched himself with a crossbody at the oncoming Elizabeth!
The crowd cheered as Jace rolled off Elizabeth and stood back up. He began to wave for her to get back to her feet, and she did so quickly. Jace swung a punch that Karlson blocked with her forearm, then swung her own punch to counter. Jace ducked her punch and caught her with a step-up enzuigiri as he straightened back up. With Karlson staggered, Jace locked in a front facelock and lifted her into the air, turned her over and brought her to the mat with a falcon’s arrow! He grabbed her leg and pulled it back into a pin attempt.
1!...2!.Kick-out!
MW: Jace has now taken full control of this match!”
Jace stood back up and measured his opponent as she began to work her way back to her feet. Jace connected with a kick, driving his shin into her midsection. Karlson took a step back and Jace continued his attack, catching her with a spinning back kick that doubled her over. Jace took a step back, then stepped forwards, right into an uppercut from Karlson! With Jace staggered, Elizabeth caught him with a hook, then pulled her hand back to deliver a vicious chop to his chest. She went for a roundhouse kick, but Jace dodged by stepping back. With Karlson’s leg extended following the kick, Jace took a quick step forwards and kicked out the leg, dropping her face-first to the mat. As she worked her way to all fours, Jace ran across the ring and hit the ropes, driving his feet into Karlson’s head with a low dropkick! He turned her over and hooked the leg for a cover.
1!...2!..Kick-out!
SD: “Apparently you don’t want to enter a striking exchange with Jace Mason!”
Jace grabbed Karlson’s arm and pulled her to her feet. He made to whip her to the ropes, but she reversed and sent him into the ropes instead. As Jace neared the ropes, he jumped up onto the second, then jumped off and connected with a springboard roundhouse!
MW: “What a move from Jace! Now going for the cover!
1!...2!..Kick-out!
SD: “Karlson is keeping herself alive here.”
Jace, visibly frustrated, sat up. He glanced at Karlson, who was still down and breathing heavily, before staring off into the distance for a moment. Suddenly, he perked up, his eyes alight with new determination.
MW: “Jace just figured out what he's got to do next.”
Jace stood up and pulled Karlson up with him, then lifted her onto his shoulders in a fireman's carry. But before he could connect with any sort of offense, Elizabeth began driving her elbow into the side of his head. Dazed, Jace's hold loosened and allowed Karlson to squirm free and land on her feet behind him. Acting quickly, she draped one of Jace's arms over her neck and lifted him up, driving him to the mat with a backdrop suplex. But she wasn't done there, she held onto her grip around Jace's waist and pulled him to his feet. She transitioned her grip so that she was grabbing Jace's left wrist with her right hand, then spun him out and connected with a ripcord lariat! Jace was knocked off his feet and Karlson quickly went for the cover.
1!...2!..Kick-out!
Karlson let out a short scream of frustration. She looked out at several places in the area before her eyes settled on the turnbuckles. She nodded to herself and stood up, ducking under the top rope and onto the apron. While Jace remained flat on his back, she began to climb to the top turnbuckle.
SD: “Jace hasn't moved since kicking out of the ripcord lariat. Now Karlson's looking to drive the final nail in the coffin.”
MW: “She’s perched on the top rope, ready to take flight- what’s this?!”
The camera caught a glimpse of someone jumping over the barricade, before the angle changed and revealed it was Thea Donovan! She attempted to slide into the ring, only for the ref to stop her. She yelled something at him, and the two began to argue. Karlson began watching their exchange, and with both her and the ref distracted, Artemis Evans leapt the barricade behind her. The crowd exploded with noise as she climbed onto the apron and shoved Karlson off the turnbuckle! Elizabeth crashed to the mat as the two Queendom members made their retreat from ringside. The ref turned around and was surprised to see both competitors sprawled on the ground, but following his duty, he began to administer a ten-count.
1!
2!
3!
Jace and Karlson both began to stir...
4!
5!
6!
Jace worked his way up to one knee, while Karlson began to use the ropes to pull herself up.
7!
8!
9!
Jace and Elizabeth both finished standing up at the same time, just beating the count. Karlson rushed Jace with a clothesline, only for him to duck! Jace turned around as she hit the ropes, catching her with Extra Credit as she rebounded toward him! He hooked her leg, making the cover.
1!...2!...3!
The ref called for the bell as Jace staggered to his feet, one arm raised in celebration. “Afterlife” began to play while the crowd made noise, some cheering Jace’s win, some booing Artemis’ actions.
SD: “Jace has better instincts than I thought! I didn’t think I’d ever see him capitalize on an opportunity like that.”
MW: “Come on now, that’s not quite what happened. Jace was practically unconscious, he had no idea what Artemis did to cost Karlson the match. If I know Jace, he’s not going to be happy when he finds out what happened in this match.”

A video was uploaded to freedomprowrestling.com, showing the closing moments of a live event match between Artemis Evans and the local talent Sarah Moore.
MW: “Sarah Moore has been impressive in this match, now connecting with a snap suplex!”
Sarah stood up and pulled Artemis to her feet with her. But before she could hit another move, Artemis reached out and raked her eye! The crowd booed as Sarah let go and took a step back. Artemis capitalized quickly and kicked her leg out, dropping Sarah onto all fours. Wasting no time, Artemis wrapped her arm around Sarah's neck and drove her head to the mat. Artemis stood back up and eyes Sarah, contemplating the best way to inflict punishment.
Without warning, “Hardcore” began to play over the speakers. Artemis turned to face up the ramp as Elizabeth Karlson emerged. Elizabeth stood there, staring at Artemis from the stage. “You want me?” Artemis spread her arms as she called up the ramp. “I'm right here!” Elizabeth took a few steps forward before Artemis was pulled to the mat as Sarah rolled her up!
1!...2!...3!
Sarah immediately rolled out of the ring as Artemis sat up, in utter shock that she’d lost. She looked up the ramp at Karlson, the shock on her face changing to fury as Karlson smirked at her and walked backstage.

The ending of a Sixty Minutes Of Freedom match between Elizabeth Karlson and a local wrestler named Mandy Young was uploaded to freedomprowrestling.com.
Mandy had Elizabeth’s leg hooked and was going for the cover
...1!...2!.Kick-out!
Mandy rocketed to her feet following the kick-out and backed up several steps, waiting for Karlson to rise. Elizabeth began to stand up, and Mandy ran at her, attempting a clothesline. But Karlson ducked, then turned around as Mandy rebounded towards her and connected with a codebreaker! She went for the cover
...1!...2!.Kick-out!
Karlson was unfazed by the kick-out and began to call for the Creeping Death. But then someone in a hoodie emerged from backstage and ran down the ramp towards the ring. They pulled their hood down as they got close, revealing the red hair of Thea Donavan. She managed to slide into the ring, but the ref grabbed her and held her against the ropes, preventing her from interfering. She yelled something at Karlson over the ref’s shoulder, and Karlson yelled back as Thea continued to grapple with the ref. Meanwhile, behind Elizabeth, Myra Lopez hopped over the barricade and climbed into the ring. She grabbed Elizabeth by the arm and turned her around, pulling her into a hammerlock DDT. She nodded at Thea before she drilled Karlson's head to the mat. She stood back up and pulled Mandy on top of Karlson as Thea slowly began to leave the ring. Myra rolled out of the ring and began running around it towards Thea, who was beginning to walk backwards up the ramp. The ref turned around and, seeing Elizabeth's shoulders on the mat with Mandy on top of her, dropped down to count the pin.
...1!...2!...3!
The ref called for the bell as Mandy shakily stood up, surprised. Elizabeth also rose to her feet, paying no attention to Mandy as she glared up the ramp at the leering Queendom members as they retreated backstage. She shook her head head and exited the ring, marching up the ramp and heading backstage in pursuit.

We are in the arena where we are seeing a cameraman backstage. He stops, just as Dasha knocks on Davey’s door.
DJ: Who’s there?
DB: It’s me, Dasha…. You asked for me to come….
DJ: Yeah, I did. (Davey opens the door)
DB: I understand you want to make some remarks about the open challenge?
DJ: The jester believes he can last 20 minutes in the ring with the champ? Someone that won, on a technicality last time out?
DB: Well, Bobby did attack him with the pipe…
DJ: I did not ask him to do that. I did not attack Bobby. Jim still allows travesties like this to occur. I’ve tried playing nice with him. I’ve tried to play by the rules. I was screwed out of my Free-1 spot because of MDE. I firmly believe it was him and not Jack, that attacked Bobby. Jim, I still demand to see any concrete proof that it was Jack or I that made the attack!
DB: I’m sure in due time he’ll let you see what proof, if any, he has.
DJ: Jerry, I admire your courage to challenge me, for we have unfinished business. Hell hath no fury like a Lunatic scorned. And you better believe you’re going to get all of my wrath here shortly. Dasha, is everything set up as I requested?
DB: Yes. The arena is empty. Mike and Steven are at their position. Everyone’s been told to stay away – MDE, Jack, Bobby, as well as the rest of the roster. There shouldn’t be anyone but you and him there.
Camera cuts to Ted Crewmember, who is attempting to get a word from Jerry backstage, but he won’t stay still
TC: Jerry? Jerry! HEY JESTER!
Jerry acts like he doesn’t hear him, and goes to Mike and Steven. He sees an extra headset, and puts it on
JB: I’m back in the Free-1, and I’ll be leaving it as the FPW Champion – Just you wait. Everyone saw how I was victorious against Davey, and I’m going to make it 2 for 2. I don't care if he wants a submission match, I don't care if he wants a tables match, I don't care if he wants a Vietnamese Sunrise match, no holds barred, Slim Jim on a pole, whatever he wants, I'll prove to him I can beat him a second time.
MW: Uhh, Jerry?
Jerry looks confusedly at Mike
SD: Jerry, you do know you didn’t really beat him, right?
JB: Of course I did, Stevie Wonder. Which one of us is in the Free-1?
SD: You are but Bo—
JB: And who is out?
SD: Davey….
JB: Right. So, that means I WON and HE LOST.
MW: Only because Bobby attacked you with a pipe.
Jerry winces as he relives the attack in his head
JB: Yeah, that wasn’t my finest moment, but, I still came out victorious. Now, if you don’t mind, I need to get prepared. Davey isn’t a slouch, and if I want to beat him again, I got to keep atop of my game. And you know what? Since I’ve beaten him before, I don’t care if it’s an hour, I don’t care if it’s 15 minutes! I’ll get the job done, and I’ll end up with the Last Laugh!
Jerry takes off the headset and goes backstage. Meanwhile, we cut back to Davey and Dasha, who watches a replay of the conversation between Mike,
DB: Davey, after seeing Jerry’s comments, is there anything you’d like to say in rebuttal?
DJ: So, he doesn’t care what type of match it is?
DB: That’s what he claims, Davey.
DJ: Well I’ll do him one better. I originally wanted a street fight against a couple of my opponents. Jim decided that it wasn’t supposed to be. But how can he stop it from happening now? Given that 60 Minute matches aren’t actually sanctioned, all that’s needed is two willing participants to wrestle. So, Jerry, this is now going to be a no holds barred street fight! But I’ll do you one better, Joker. Original time of 20 minutes will now become 10!
Dasha gets a mortified look on her face, at the thought of what Davey has planned for Jerry
DJ: Good. Seems like you have an idea of what I’ve got planned for that Joker. Tell someone to hit my music, I’m about to go out.
Davey walks away, leaving Dasha to close the door, and scamper off to get the production crew notified
60 Minutes of Freedom Match: Jerry Bishop vs Davey Jones in a non-title match with a 20 minute time limit. Should Jerry win or last the 10 minutes, he will earn a future championship match against Davey
Bully, by Shinedown, plays, and Davey strides defiantly confident to the ring. The Comedians’ Gallop follows, and Jerry makes his way to the ring.
MW: Well, this should be an interesting matchup, a rematch where Davey Jones was disqualified for outside interference – SD: a DQ that never should’ve happened, if you ask me. It was a triple threat match! And it – MW: And it turned into a legit one on one match after Bobby was attacked and unable to compete. And then Bobby came back out, pipe in hand, and attacked Jerry, which gained him entry to the Free-1 in the process. SD: To not have our champion in the Free-1 is a travesty! There’s no way he should be on the shelf for the tournament! Someone get – MW: Woah, Steven, calm down. I actually agree with you there – our champion should be in the Free-1, but if you’re going where I think you’re going, calm down and think it through before you say something you may regret later. SD: So here we are now, Jerry vs Davey, and if Davey can’t beat Jerry within 10 minutes, Jerry earns himself a future championship match against Davey. MW: That’s assuming that he makes it through his rematch with Baker.
The bell rings, and the match gets underway
Jerry and Davey lock up, and Davey whips Jerry into the ropes. He knocks him down with a shoulder tackle, as we see on various screens a clock counting down. Jerry gets up, stalling a moment, before hitting a running drop kick. Davey is stunned, and Jerry hits a running bulldog and covers.
1…
NO – Davey kicks out, powerfully. Jerry lands halfway across the ring.
MW: 8:43 and counting in the match SD: It’s not even going to last another 5 minutes. Davey’s going to get the pin pretty quickly here. However, I got to admire Jerry’s tenacity – MDE’s really done good with him. MW: Definitely agree. Jerry’s keeping on the attack – no, wait – Davey’s reversed the Irish Whip, sending him into the ropes and – OH NO…. He’s got him in a fireman’s carry and is he… Oh no…. SD: YES! He’s thrown him half way across the ring, into the turnbuckles! And with under 8 minutes to go, this’ll be lucky to get another five minutes!
Davey hits a cannonball, who goes for a cover…
1…
2…
NO! Jerry kicks out just before the three count.
Jerry bounces up off the mat, surprising Davey. He motions for the Chelsea Smile, which gets Davey to see red. As he is about to apply the hold, Davey hits a wicked lariat, sending him under the ring with 6:50 left on the clock.
MW: What is he looking for under there? SD: Whatever it is, it’s not going to have much effect on Davey MW: Well I’d love to see you get in the ring with Davey and last as long as he as so far! 6:02 and counting!
Jerry comes back out with a Kendo Stick and a Kevlar bag that we cannot see the contents of. He attempts to hit Davey with the stick, but Davey takes the stick, spins around, and whacks Jerry aside the head in one swift motion. Jerry drops the bag, Davey panders to the crowd, to a chorus of boos, and a dueling “Let’s go Jerry! Davey Sucks” starts up. The clock winds down to 4:03 before Jerry starts to move. He gets out of the ring, to shake cobwebs, and sees Dasha sitting at ringside, by the timekeeper’s area. Davey laughs as only he can, and allows Jerry to walk over.
SD: Surely he’s not going to let time wind down by letting him talk to her, would he? MW: Not if he wants to win, he wouldn’t. SD: There we go! Just as he gets to her, Davey hits a suplex! Get him in the ring! It’s not a falls count anywhere match! You only got a little more than two minutes left!
Davey grabs a chair, and attacks the limbs of Jerry, before dragging him to a corner. He hits two cannonballs, before dragging him out of the corner, clock getting close to zero
SD: Here we go – time’s almost out and he’s going for the cover!
1…
2…
3!!
Bell rings
Davey stands up, raises his hands triumphantly, as Dasha grabs a microphone…
The winner of the match, with 2 seconds left on the clock… DAVEY…. JONES!!
Davey, not content, opens up the Kevlar sack, to reveal thumbtacks, and scatters them about the ring. He picks up Bishop, and hits Psychosis, to a chorus of boos. Dasha looks to enter, to which Davey smirks and steps her way, causing her to back off. She pleads with Davey to get out of the ring, which only prompts him to pick up Jerry again, in a fireman’s carry. He teases tossing him onto her, outside of the ring, but drops him behind his back, on an area of the ring not covered by thumbtacks. He exits the ring and goes backstage, and Dasha tends to him as medics come down the ring.
JB: Why are you out here for this? This was supposed to just be him and me out here. DB: Why wouldn’t I be out here? JB (to the medics): Damn it, you can see I’m moving, Yes, I’m sore. Yes, I’m moving slowly. No, I don’t have any injuries. Medic 1: Please, just let us check you out. JB: I said NO! Medic 2: Why do you fight us? Why does everyone fight us? It’s as if they think they they’re doctors more so than us
Jerry gets up, and puts his arm around Dasha, who helps him to the back, walking a little gingerly.
